Great product. Installs very easy with VERY steady mount. No wobbles at all. Great power and function. Great style, finish, materials and remote. My light cover had a crack in it and very responsive team had a replacement cover in my hands in a few days at no cost. You will need to get 2 – 3mm Length 18mm Flat Dish Head Self-Tapping Screws if you want the remote mounted on the wall since it doesn’t come with them. I am impressed with their communications. This model comes in several different styles and color choices. This would be the one you want, if only for the customer response department.

Great Fan, Outstanding Customer Service
I bought two of these fans, one for the kitchen area and one for the family room. They are very quiet, very versatile with fan speed and light adjustment and look very nice. Installation was easy and the fans operate perfectly with remote, phone app and Alexa, although there is a slight learning curve to sync everything.I had a problem with one fan that did not make sense, so I contacted customer support. The actual problem isn’t important because it was probably a onetime occurrence. What is important is the excellent customer service I received to troubleshoot and to get the fan working. It took about two weeks of trying different things, but it was an enjoyable experience working with this company. They were very caring and responsive.I strongly recommend the fan and the company.

I recommend to the manufacturer a decorative trim to cover the screws.Also, I would like to buy a replacement remote control and receiver module to have in case one of those pieces gets damaged.Regarding the decorative trim to cover the screws I purchased separately a “Magic Bath Tub and Wall Peel and Stick Caulk” at Home Depot. It’s a pre-shaped, flexible trim with pre-applied adhesive. It came out much better looking, see attached picture.I first bought one and was so impressed that I replaced all my other old style noisy ceiling fans.The DC motor is super quiet. The noise you hear is from the movement of the air circulating which all fans create that noise.I love the style, ease of installation, features and the performance. I like that the light cover, which looks like glass it’s plastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

Fantastic fan!
I love this fan! It is beautiful. It was easy to install and works perfectly for my home office. It replaced an old style fan that hung down too far. This one is pretty flush to the ceiling in comparison. The remote is great with many light and fan options. This fan is able to be controlled great thru the app and Alexa easily pairs to control with my voice. I will be getting more of these for our other bedrooms. The fan blows a lot of air around the room making it very comfortable. The size is perfect for the average size room. This fan was priced very well for what you get.

Great looking fan with good wind speed and brightness
Pros:+ Works with most smart assistants ( google, Alexa)+ Powerful yet quiet fan+ Bright light with dimming and 2700k to 6000k color adjustment+ Easy to install+ Very low profile (8 inches)Cons:- no 5ghz wifi supportIt’s a good fan with plenty of smart integration. They make a big difference in keeping the house cool here in Florida. I used to set my thermostat to 73 to stay cool. With the fans I can now keep the thermostat at 77-78 during the day and 75-76 at night. My only complaint is that it only supports 2.4 GHz wifi networks. With that being said I was happy enough to buy 7 of these fans so it’s a minor issue and it’s one issue that it shares with many others on the market.Some nice to haves that I would like to see on the next version of this fan: 1.) Please make a version that uses light neutral colors like white or a light grey. A whitr fan housing and a bamboo color woodgrain for the blades would really match the interior of newer homes since that seems to be the color scheme I’ve seen in newer homes these days.2.) It also would be nice if they offered a model with an even lower profile, like around 6 inches. I feel that would be doable since there’s a ton of space in the upper portion of the fans housing that isn’t really used. it probably won’t be a big deal for most users but my ceilings are only 8ft from the floor and I use a projector in my room which the fan gets in the way of slightly, so every inch counts in my use case.3.) A built in occupancy sensor would make it truly smart. That way I would never have to manually turn it on or off. I’m working on getting them to work with some motion and occupancy sensors so they turn on and off automatically if the room is occupied or not. Having this built into the fan as a feature would make it really stand out in the smart fan market.
