Fabulous buy!
This was a fantastic value on Prime day for $24!. I have a toilet area next to the vanity are with no where to put a door. But then I thought oh I can do a sliding barn door rather than tear out a wall to install a pocket door!!! Yippee this was so much easier and kind of cool and modern looking too. The hollow core door, 30″ with panels primed white was $70, so just under $100 verses $300 + materials for the pocket door. This kit was $55 less than 1 at Home Depot so really a great savings.

This is an excellent kit for barn door. My only complaint, if I could have one, would be that I wished it also came with a floor guide and a door handle. That, however, does not take away from my rating.

A one/two piece rail would be better
The instructions are obscure and printed so small that the diagrams are hard to decipher. The FIVE piece rail does not stay aligned and was very difficult to get level. The company should spend 10 cents more and make the instructions readable!Example – the height of the rail “holes” – I assumed the center of the hole – is listed as door + 17/32 of an inch – seriously wouldn’t half an inch (16/32)work? The whole project was frustrating.

Easy to install & looks great
We had a really small bathroom with a door that opened into the bathroom and took up a lot of space so we needed a sliding door to save some bathroom space and this was perfect! Very easy to install.

Bad design
Bad design, will deep down where the joints meet. Main rail comes in 5 small sections to make one rail. It does not stay leve!! Worst product ever!! Unless you are installing a door the is only 5lbs on Weight it may work, dont buy!! If I could leave no star review I would.

I bought this in Mar 2023 and finally open the box to do my project. The rail comes in 5 numbered pieces and piece number 2 and 3 will not fit together. I tried them in different order and they just donât fit. I would love to get a new rail to finish the project. Hoping the vendor sees my message and contacts me.
