Beautiful and Comfortable
This is a beautiful, comfortable recliner. It’s easy to assemble, looks high-end and has great back support. A great value for top grain leather. The only down-side is it’s hard for me to lock the footrest – other than that the mechanism reclines easily. I could definitely fall asleep when it’s fully reclined.Did have a question and the seller replied within a day.

Beautiful color seat was comfortable. Easy to put together. My only problem was it’s hard to lean back all the way the wall cleared great but you have to push hard to get it to lay down flat and to push the seat back down to an upright position. But I have to admit this chair was purchased for my special needs sister (adult) but very nice and pretty to look at

VERY NICE CHAIR
I am very pleased with this chair. It’s attractive, comfortable, and a perfect seat height for me at 5’5″ and 200 pounds. The armrests are nicely padded and it has good lumbar support so I will not require an extra pillow. I think will be able to sleep comfortably in this chair if necessary. I’d have liked something a little smaller for my limited condo space, but it was extremely difficult to find a no rock, no swivel, manual push-back WALL HUGGER in a contemporary style for a reasonable price. The color is definitely beige. It went together easily–I’m a 75-year-old woman and it took more time to unpack/unwrap than it took to assemble by myself. This chair came in two boxes that were reinforced and suffered no damage in shipping via FedEx. The chair is clean and there is no smell at all. The footrest comes up all the way without having to recline the back, which I wanted and which is not the case with many less expensive recliners. My chair requires a lot of force to lock the footrest down when rising from the recline position, and the pull release also is stiff and requires good hand/arm strength. I will try to contact the manufacturer to ask if there’s a way to adjust both. While many people would be happy that the product was delivered a week early, in my case this is a negative because the chair this one is replacing is not scheduled to be picked up for another two days; in the meantime the new one is taking up space in my home office until I can move it to the living room where it should be. (I don’t know why “ease of use” already has been checked by whichever AI is reading what I write, but disregard that and read my actual review for details.) At this point, I am very happy overall with this product and price.

Very Nice Chair with Some Flaws – Detailed Review
I wanted to use this chair for awhile before posting a review.TL/DR: Overall it’s comfortable, feels sturdy and is well-made with a few flaws. It’s suitable for smaller people and smaller rooms.ASSEMBLY: Assembly was somewhat a challenge. Some parts fit together easily but others did not. The written instructions are line drawings that don’t show any depth. Trying to figure out how to extend the leg rest was needlessly difficult! The ridiculously speeded up unboxing video shows a man pressing something to extend the leg rest but his hand is hidden! How stupid is that? The line drawing was no better. I spent about an hour with the chair on its side, looking at all the complicated mechanics under the chair, trying to figure out what “Press this” meant. (FYI it means press the actual hinge forward.) IMO they really need to use photographs or ACTUAL WORDS that say “Press the hinge forward” to explain this.After extending the leg rest I made a mistake hooking up the cable to the latch. I accidentally ran the cable under the latch instead of over it. Be careful not to do that! Fortunately I was able to compress the expanded catch with a pair of needle-nose pliers to release it and then do it properly.My troubles were not over. The right side of the chair slid into place with perfect ease but the tracks were misaligned on the left side, making insertion a major ordeal for an older person with a bad back. The front track was pushed too far into the chair. If I got that track inserted, the back track was misaligned by about half an inch. I spent over 90 minutes holding up that heavy side piece, trying to slide it down into both tracks before finally getting it in.Next I inserted the back piece easily. The back cushion and headrest zip together and then zip to the top of the back piece. There’s a 6″ gap where they don’t lay flat against the back of the chair (see photo). Either the cushions are too long or the chair back is too short. It doesn’t affect the comfort of the chair (the gap goes away when you’re sitting in it), but it IS unsightly.If you know what mechanism to press during assembly, if you don’t attach the cable wrong the first time and if all the pieces are properly aligned, then putting this chair together should take no more than 10-15 minutes. It took me 2.5 hours with a lot of mental and physical stress.QUALITY and OBSERVATIONS: The leather on the seat, arms and back is very good quality and the stitching seems well-done. The padding feels substantial: not too firm, not too soft. The chair feels solid, sturdy and does not wobble.There are no chemical fumes, smells or odor! None! This is big for me.It reclines into two positions like my old LazyBoy recliner did. Instead of using a lever to bring down the leg rest you push it down with your legs.The easiest way to lower the leg rest is to first push down with your legs, then place the backs of your heels on the leg rest to push it in the rest of the way. When fully in it will lock to the chair with a “click.”This is not a chair for large people. I’m 5’4″ and my feet just hang over the end of the leg rest. If you’re wide in the hips it might be a tight fit. The dimensions given for the seat width say 22.83″ across from edge to edge, but measured at the narrowest point between the armrests it’s more like 16.5”. The armrest padding has some “give” to it though, so don’t worry if you’re a little wider than that.OVERALL: I’d give it 5 stars for finished quality but have to subtract 1 star for the gap in the cushions. 2 stars (below average) for the the poor instructions and difficulty with assembly, so 3 stars overall.I hope you found this review helpful. Das ausklappbare Fußteil lässt sich nur mit viel Kraft zurückschieben. Über diese Kraft verfügen die meisten >85 jährigen Menschen nicht mehr. Leider kann er damit nicht so genutzt werden, wie gewünscht. Ansonsten ist er leicht zu montieren und sehr bequem.
