Super Easy to Assemble, Look Great
Was surprised at the size of the box these arrived in … actually thought they must have been delivering one at a time ; amazed to see them both in there!! Box wasn’t great and was damaged BUT luckily the chairs themselves had survived – phew! Loved how easy these were to assemble – literally minutes. 5 Pieces; Chair seat, footrest pole, another pole, base and small decorative base cover (to pretty-up where the pole goes into the base). Drop the small cover on the base, pop a pole into the cover/base and screw the other footrest pole into the chair seat, then pop one pole on the other and hey presto, you’ve got your barstool. Note to remember … when screwing in the footrest pole to the chair, ensure the footrest itself is facing the front of the chair! Seem sturdy enough; our family ranges from small to big and everyone feels comfortable and safe on them (read about other chairs where people weren’t feeling safe so all the family did a quick test to ensure everyone was ok… yup, everyone was ok). Great value, very happy and would recommend them.

Light weight, easy to assemble and look nice, but the seat has some wobble.
Assembly was very easy. Just set the little plastic ring on top of the base and insert the pneumatic support and it solidly stays in place. No twisting or tightening required. Remove that black cap simply by gripping it and giving it a slight twist. It feels like it wonât come off, but with that twist it just pops right off. Then just screw the top half of the support pole to the bottom of the seat using the four bolts making sure the foot rest is facing towards the front of the seat. I used some Locktite here just for forms sake. Then just fit the two halves together and youâre done. Lift the handle and the seat pops up â way up. Sit on it and pull the handle up and the seat goes down.The stools look very nice, the pneumatic system works flawlessly and the seat swivels smoothly. I feel they actually raise up too high and at maximum height they are kind of unsteady. Of course you donât have to max them out to enjoy them and you probably wonât after playing with them and seeing how high they go. You likely wonât need them that high. There is a slight wobble to them that gets worse the higher you go. Not in the base as that is flat and steady on the floor, but the two piece central support tends to let the chair shift around like itâs leaning one way or the other. Kind of like one of those acrobats on a long flexible pole. Thatâs an exaggeration, but gives you the idea. To go back to the pneumatic system, it really does seem strong and solid and the seat is comfortable and appears made well enough. I doubt these light weight stools would be good for regular daily use such as at your kitchen bar. I am using them for my game room where they will get limited use sitting in front of some of the games. These stools are very nice for the price, but to repeat, I donât think they would stand up to frequent daily use as anything more than a temporary solution. If you need a couple of bar stools and youâre on a budget then this is the ticket. Just donât expect top of the line. Iâm rating them pretty good as I got what I expected to get for the low price paid and they work well for my purposes.

Bought these barstools for my kitchen and I am SO happy I did. The chairs are so nice and weâre incredibly easy to install. It took me less than 5 minutes to install both chairs and theyâre are really pretty. When I purchased I was concerned about the metal scratching the floor but there is a rubber cover at the bottom of each chair so there is no metal on floor concern. The chairs are surprisingly light and easy for my three kids to move to pull out and in. These chairs are sturdy and I donât have any concerns for tipping. The chairs are also very comfortable and can be adjusted for any height. Iâve already gotten so many compliments on these, donât hesitate!

The 2 chairs came in assembled in a box and all the parts were wrapped up really good separately in styrofoam sheets . Which was really appreciated . I also received this the very next day that I ordered it so I got it earlier then amazon predicted 2 days which was cool af . The seats are really good quality and smell new too . It came with the L shaped tool to assemble and it was an easy assembly . They look super nice and they are comfortable and i like em a lot . One thing though if your super big like over 250 pounds I donât think these will be big enough to support your McDonaldâs eating boday.

Update: it broke after 3 years of use, the foot rest bar just pop. The screw gets loose here and there but wasnât much problem for meIâve been looking around for this like forever and canât find something that have the quality I want while fits in my budget, even IKEAâs cheapest stool cost $70 to put together and itâs ugly and not sturdy. I almost gave up and then found this!!! Itâs super easy to assemble, Iâm terrible at it so if I can do it easily anyone can do it with no problem.The only thing is that I wish they can sell 3 as a set though because 2 isnât enough and 4 is too many for me! Would love to buy just one more stool.

These bar stools are great for the height of my kitchen bar, my teen assemble them easily and they come with the tools, so that’s practical. They are just a little wobbly, maybe because he didn’t adjust them properly, but so far so good. The back rest is a little low for my liking, and that makes them not as comfortable for sitting for long periods of time, due to the lack of back support. But other than that, for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner they are perfect. The look really nice and we don’t have to stand while having a snack.

I ordered these and they were really nice quality as shown. I had an issue with the hydraulic pump on one chair it wasnât going up and down easily. They also didnât fit my small Island side by side they stuck out as my island only fits 2 chairs , I couldnât keep them because they didnât fit as well or I would have exchanged for another chair. I contacted the seller to return them and they returned the chairs and didnât charge me any fees. I would purchase again once we extend our island because I did like the way they looked. I would recommend these.
