Difficult construction
One cannot put this up by themselves. There has to be a mechanism (or extra person maybe two) for assistance. The “feet” bend very easily. If you anchor the feet down, they still cannot handle the weight of their pole to keep the poles upright.Instructions are very confusing despite the labeling of the parts (and they aren’t labeled very well). Parts look to be interchangeable, but I could not complete one of the width bars due to not having proper parts, I settled for not having the middle bar (I have a queen size). For construction I did what a fellow reviewer did and taped parts together (she used silver “shiny” duct tape) I used packaging tape. Still looks like crap but I’m hoping curtains will address this. Speaking of which, I’m pretty concerned that the canopy won’t support the curtains; we’ll see in a couple of days when the curtains come in. Seems like if you breathe on it too hard it’ll fall over (and this did fall over a multitude of times while constructing, lots of swearing ensued upon it falling over/falling apart). Overall took about 2 hours to construct (it got a lot easier and quicker when I used tape).I have an adjustable bed so I had to find other means to anchor the feet down; which I used my head board. It didn’t really help much with construction (anchoring with the headboard) as the feet bend pretty easily. Considering this I don’t think it would matter much if I had a regular bed.According to the instructions apparently this canopy is adjustable, and it’s expected to lay out the parts before constructing. I don’t really see the point as the bed sizes are pretty standard and it just needs to be made a little bit beyond the size of the appropriate bed. I think this adjustable aspect adds to the confusion. It wouldn’t really matter anyway because there wasn’t any extra parts. I would have liked to use the middle support bar, but I guess these could considered “spare parts”. Only benefits to this canopy are that is very light weight which is the main reason it was hard to construct and it’s rather cheap in comparison to others.I wouldn’t recommend this product to others; way too much frustration for something that looks and seems to be so simple.

Works well with reinforcements
This was a birthday wish for my child so I read the reviews and decided it was worth a shot. All the poles were grouped together and had a sticker for w or l. Pretty straight forward. Went ahead and put the top part together first and used duck tape to secure the pole joints in between the corner brackets. Honestly felt a little wobbly so we did wrap the duck tape around bed and canopy poles. The curtains we bought hide all that. Seems pretty solid for the cost. Made a birthday wish come true.

Really cheaply made.
Like the title says. You get what you pay for, this is really flimsy and cheaply made. Out of the box several of the posts were already falling apart. Instructions also in tiny print. It literally splintered apart when I hung up my canopy. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

Works for a kids loft bed or kids bunk bed! Definitely zip tie the poles to the bed!! Super wobbly!!
Itâs good. Easy to put together once you realize how to do it lol. It did not come with instructions so that sucked. It is very wobbly but if you just zip tie it to the bed itâs perfectly fine. If you child is going to try to hang on the bars they will 100% break tho lol..but the one thing I was worried about was if it would work for a kids loft bed or kids bunk bed and luckily itâs perfect! But if itâs a regular size adult bunk bed you would have to zip tie the poles higher or something to make it taller. Other than that it works great if your kid is mature enough not to pull or hang on the poles at all!! I could probably break the pole in half one handed if I tried so just keep that in mind!

Worth Every Penny!
Don’t let the Debbie Downer reviews scare you away! The canopy bed frame (Queen) was actually very easy to put together. And I’m a senior woman who lives alone. ð©âð¦³Below are my tips. These helped me make this canopy frame VERY STURDY!Never mind glue. Way too messy! The really shiny silver duct tape- not that dull silver stuff- is a very close match to the stainless poles. Worked great for this project!Laid out the lengthwise poles first. While there are no instructions, they have a sticker on 1 of them that says “4” in both Chinese and English. Then I put these pole sections together. I taped every section where they join together (3 per pole). Made it MUCH sturdier.Added 1 presser foot to each of the four corner canopy poles and taped over the plastic piece on the presser foot to reinforce it and reduce the chance of the plastic splitting in future. The head and foot canopy poles sticker says “3” in both Chinese and English. Laid them out, put the sections together, and taped them.Put the fan poles together and taped the sections.EDIT: I have an adjustable bed and the presser feet do not fit under the bed frame and allow the bed to be raised or lowered. Bricks or concrete blocks will secure the presser feet and keep the poles in place while you assemble the frame. I opted to leave mine in place after assembly. For added stability, I also cut 1 foot long pieces of duct tape and taped the corner poles to the bed frame- at roughly the height of a traditional box spring. Its not noticeable and really improved the stability of the poles.I would recommend this particular bed frame highly. What really sold it for me were the metal T connectors. I didn’t feel comfortable with cheap plastic T connectors. If they ever split, you’d have the canopy poles on top of you, and I wasn’t going there…lolSo. To sum it up you can have an awesome canopy bed frame for approx. $50. plus a roll of shiny silver duct tape. Plus it arrived 1 day early!Pics of the finished canopy. Made my own canopy panels by cutting tablecloths and hemming them w/ fusible webbing and an iron while watching TV. Now I feel like I’m sleeping in an awesome B & B!Buy this one. You won’t regret It! ð

light weight frame
had two sections break at the threads because of the extremely thin âmetalâ like substance used to make them. we had to use clear packing tape to hold the remaining thread sections together. we used them to support very light weight sheer panels. they wonât hold much weight.

So flimsy. Bend poles, scratched up pieces. I swear I got a used one that someone returned!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. What a waste of money and time trying to figure out how to put it together. Even the directions were faded and barely readable!!! Super disappointed in this product and purchase.

I ordered a queen size and paid for it and was sent a twin. Tried to contact them but haven’t been able too, tried going through the refund section with the note that I didn’t want a refund but wanted the three missing bars sent, haven’t heard anything though.Other than that its a good frame and easy to assemble, did have to get a little help at one point to connect some of it but other than that nothing else was really wrong.

I got this for some black out curtains that I had got for my bed. It was easy to assemble and seems pretty strudy.
