Love this microwave! I had one similar that I bought in 2010 for $50 bucks in a store and it lasted me over 10 years. Itâs a nice design smaller but not too compact, large enough to hold big plates and containers and other packaged meals. Easy to clean especially the outside where itâs black but nice front design with the stainless steel accents; clear number pad (remove the protective film on the pad or it will start to bubble and you will think that itâs part of appliance) easy to use with some quick features for the price point. This is a deal compared to the other ones out there that are almost $200. Even though the one I had was a different brand name, I can tell itâs still similar manufacturing design. To compare it was just a number pad slightly different design as you can see in my previous photos of my older brand Oster from 2010. This is why I chose this model Commercial CHEF because of my experience of it lasting until just recently which I think was my fault because of a spill which likely malfunctioned the number pad area. Iâve also bought other products from Commercial CHEF as well with good experience to receive something that was not damaged and working as advertised. Nice size, looks modern and under $100 this is an amazing price for something that will last for a long time if you take care of it. I prefer to not have the pull handle because people always touch it with food on hands and gets dirty easily. This is very quick to open, which is a small push and to clean it right after a quick wipe without having to wipe a whole handle regularly. Itâs sturdy too, even though people can slam the door you donât need to do that, but if you do, it has held up to that type of use in the past on my older one, and I believe this is gonna have the same type of endurance. You do have to set the clock after you plug it in and then itâs good to go. Others said they received the unit damaged, I did not. There was zero damage, and it came in the manufacturers box well packed with foam blocks when it was delivered, but it was not within an outer bigger box; maybe for other people it would arrive like that or maybe in the past they realized when they put in a big box it got banged around and would damage if the driver also couldnât see that it was something such as a microwave that needed to have some proper handling and care upon delivery. I just got it today but Iâll update if thereâs any issues but Iâm hoping it will last a long time like my previous similar microwave, the fact that they were nearly exact design, the older one fit in the box like a glove to be able to get rid of which was ideal making an easy replacement. Itâs a timeless clean modern design that would go well in any kitchen!

Received Old Model – Stainless Steel 0.7 Cubic Foot
This model (0.7 Cu Ft Stainless Steel) gets very high ratings from a leading consumer ratings magazine and the size fit inside of our kitchen cabinets, so we purchased it. Unfortunately, the microwave we received is not the one currently pictured on Amazon. We received the older model, which is generally the same, but lacks the +30 second Quick Start button, which pretty much everyone uses. The picture on Amazon shows the new 2024 model, which has the +30 second Quick Start button. We even exchanged it for a replacement and received the older model again. So we returned that and bought the 2024 model from another website, and it’s great. So if you can get the newer model from Amazon, great, but it’s unfortunate that we had to try twice to get the model pictured.

Small BUT fits perfectly on a counter top!Mine is a second Microwave in the Kitchen.Has all of ++âs of the larger version even my dinner plates fit. Gr8 when serving dinner. Use it to warm the plates up while using the larger version to finish cooking dinner.

Stopped Working after 5 months
We ordered the microwave in July and it didn’t make it to Christmas. The lights, timer, and turntable all work, it just suddenly stopped heating food at all. Not heating slowly, not heating unevenly, NOT HEATING AT ALL.It’s also not big enough to put an entire dinner plate in to cook (but that’s on us for not measuring everything beforehand). No microwave should fail to do it’s primary function in just a few months.

Lost my old one to a power surge. The controls are a little different and hard to see but I’m learning.It gets hotter than the old one and it’s a little more hansom but the end of cycle dinger is almost inaudible from 2 feet away.

Damaged
I bought this for an older person because it was smaller and easy to use. However, it was dented inside the hard foam packaging. Which means it left the factory this way. The box was thrown out prior to my being able to try and return it for the person who rec’d it. So we have to keep the damaged item. It does work but I’m sad abut quality-control. They should do better.
