Non-Slip Stairs!
I bought these because we have wood steps which can be slippery. We have a toddler and I wanted to add some traction to our stairs to try and limit slips and falls. These worked great for the purpose and look nice with our decor. Once installed, they do not move around at all, they stay put. I will say that removing the plastic backing from them was a bit tedious and time consuming. Also, the black is not a dark black, more like a charcoal. Overall, easy to install and does the trick!

These are perfect! You definitely need to follow the directions & heat the back for a full minute w/the hairdryer to remove the film successfully. They are so easy to move, if you place them incorrectly the first time, yet provide the stability and security same as being nailed down. Definitely worth it!

Feels like carpet, does NOT slide until you remove it.
These are edged carpet treads with a repositionable, washable adhesive. They do not move until you pull them up, and the adhesive leaves no residue. After washing, let the adhesive dry until it’s sticky again, then put them back in place. There’s more than enough adhesive to keep these in place. Not only do they look nice, they’re a great safety addition to slippery hardwood stair. I only wish they came in other colors, maybe floral patterns.

Excellent!
I wish I knew about these with my other dogs. I have very old flooring and I have a German shepherd. These work well to protect the wood as well as provide traction for my dog. They have never come off but they are easily removable as they are in place with a silicone backing, not an adhesive. They were easy to install and now I donât have to consider carpeting my old stairs.
