Great couch, great price, donât skip the FLUFFING part!!
I was super hesitant to buy online from Amazon and spent hours looking at reviews and considering options. This couch is better than I anticipated. The seats are wide and firm but comfortable and the back pillows are fluffy and soft. The ottoman tops look like cushions but are slightly squishier feeling – so keep them separate and donât accidentally put them on the couch because that will make for a âsloppyâ seating experience. For reviews that say the pillows are flat, Iâd bet a lot of money itâs because (a) they didnât spend time fluffing them after taking out of the vacuum seal and/or (b) they fluffed them some then immediately used them. Listen, itâs an inconvenience to have to put together a couch and NOT fully use it for a day but câmon. You expect a flat-as-a-pancake pillow to magically explode into a pile of luxurious fluff as soon as you pop the seal?? If itâs the difference between a full, comfy couch and a flat miserable one, what js the big deal? Anyway, the boxes come in different groups so the trick is to unpack them enough when they arrive to pull out any pillows and immediately let them loose and fluff them a lot. Then leave them alone for 24-48 hours!!! If you get pillows that come on the very day you need to put the couch together, still unpack them first and set them aside. Then, use alternate pillows or your old cushions even for 12 hours. Basically, donât plan to get this couch on the day youâre hosting a party for the big game and need to immediately use it.Easy to assemble. Sturdy. We kept it flipped upside down to connect all the pieces and then two people stabilized it and flipped it over. HOWEVER, Iâm a small 50 yo woman and I wanted to see if I could really change it up and put it back together, so I tried. Itâs totally do-able, even with bad hands! Take your time, align the brackets and viola! Itâs together! Itâs way easier either with help, but possible alone.As for the fluffing technique- again, TIME is crucial but also, I discovered that you need to pull the pillow stuffing bag OUT OF the cover to fluff and then you can sorta shove your hand into the pillow corners to move the âfluffâ around in the middle and separate it (this is done done without opening the stuffing bag. You just push your hand into the middle from the corner and try to grab chunks of compressed stuffing). That sounds like a PITA, but it literally a 20 second process. Donât be lazy. Youâre being asked to fluff a pillow, not build a house, itâs not that hard. Then leave them out of the pillow case for at least several hours. And try to plan not to use them for a day. Period.I fluffed one pillow on a Wednesday when it arrived and let it sit until Sunday and itâs huge. I fluffed another one on Saturday when it arrived at 4 pm and used it at noon Sunday⦠and itâs huge. Lol. So, we arenât talking a week of just staring at your new couch! Have some patience.The fabric is awesome. We got the corduroy because it was a nice color and less money. I was afraid it would feel weird or look cheap. It doesnât. Itâs soft and has a brushed feel and it just looks like a nice, big, light gray couch! Actually, it looks a lot more high-end than the price.My family loves it. My cats love it. I love it.Have reasonable expectations, take your time, donât fall into a user error scenario, and you will love this couch too!!! I included a photo of a fluffed pillow on its side next to the ottoman so you can see its size and a pic of the stuffing bag that goes into the pillow case. Those are things I wished Iâd had when I was looking. Wouldâve saved me some time and worry! lol

Love, Love, Love â¤ï¸I have a household size of 7 this couch now is bigger then my living room but everyone now has a seat. My kids range from 20 to 1 years old and I’ve always struggled finding a couch that fits us all. THIS WAS IT. It ships in two separate loads, so don’t be alarmed. I got the 9 piece set and it was super easy to assemble. Its comfortable, soft and can definitely see myself taking a nap on this couch ð¤£. Very stable, lower to the ground then I would of expected but that doesn’t bother our family. Very supportive firm. It fits and you can assemble the way you would like it, in different ways then the picture.Great for the price & would definitely buy again.

Great quality
Just finished putting it together but so far very pleased. Easy process and great quality. The back cushions are on the thinner side but will allow 24 hours just in case if not will supplement with some filler. Seating cushions are thick and firm with a little give. Definitely doesn’t feel like it will go flat quick but feels like a more lasting couch for the price. Very oversized. In the photo my husband who is 6’1 is laying comfortably. Happy with our purchase!

Very nice sectional for the price. I don’t expect much now a days because everything is built like crap but this is better than expected. If you are looking for soft cushions, this sectional is not for you. It is very comfortable in my opinion but the cushions are firm. I wanted something that would keep it’s shape over time. I also have a dog which makes this perfect because you can wash all the cushion covers. The other reviews are pretty accurate. You must fluff the back cushions out of the box but there’s no need to wait 24 hours. Overnight will do as it’s basically the same 8 hours later as 24 hours. There were 2 conflicting reviews about the ottoman cushions being different than the sofa cushions. They were likely both right. I bought an extra ottoman and one cushion was definitely softer than the other. They probably used older or different material at some point in the manufacturing process. Anyway they both look the same and very pleased with the look. Looks more expensive than a $900 sectional and the deeper seating is great. The boxes came in 3 different shipments and the seller was great as they provide me the other tracking numbers quickly upon request. It was also very easy to put togther and seems very stable. I was very close to giving 5 stars but I really need to be blown away for that. Overall I recommend this to anyone who has animals, on a budget, and likes a firmer feel.

Great for Lounging, High Back, Absolutely Love it!
Absolutely love it! Cozy yet firm, stable yet lightweight and easy to move, color is as depicted. super easy to set up, only took 45 mins and no tools needed. Back height is ideal for lounging and I am tall so itâs great. No weird smells. Seems durable and high quality.

We ordered the light grey sectional, and it is beautiful and fits perfectly in our space! The sofa is very well made, the seats are firm but comfortable, and of a good height. Surprisingly, it did not have a smell at all, which was a concern. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the back pillows were pretty flat. I just went to Walmart and bought 6 bed pillows for $25 and filled the back pillows, now they look full and fluffy. And lastly, this couch is very easy to put together; it came in 8 large boxes, weighing between 29.9 to 40 lbs, but very large and hard to pick, so I rolled them into the house with no problem LOL.
