The desk is cool. Works. Itâs a bit wobbly and Iâve tried to fix it. Not a real huge issue but it shakes. I added a two monitor mount and works good! Over all easy to build, supports 3 monitors and laptop.

Great desk but power cable makes noise
The ErGear desk is a really great budget standing desk. The build quality is very good and sturdy. Took around 2 hours to build instructions are easy to follow. Being able to adjust the height is good for ergonomics and posture. Others mention how theres a split in the middle and if you have a large mousepad it covers it well, but towards the end you can feel a little bump. Only flaw is the power cable used to plug into an outlet makes chirping/whirring noise. And this is when the desk is at standstill, not the same as when it makes noise while moving. I couldve gotten a faulty power cable, but the noise gets irritating and i have to unplug the table. I havent seen any other review mention it. I would reccomend the table besides that issue.

Pros:This desk was surprisingly a good find. I’ve added quite a bit of extras to the desk and it hasn’t alerted about weight yet. I will say if you leave the desk in a higher position for “too long” it will go back to original height. I’m not exactly sure how long that is though but just wanted to note that.There’s plenty of space under the desk to manage cables and config your setup to what you want.The thickness of the table is perfect for aftermarket mounts such as keyboard trays, mic stands monitor mounts and cable holders.Cons:The power block makes a slight swirling sound when plugged it. It may drive you mad if you pay attention to it. I may just have super hearing though.The cable holder on the back is “in my opinion ” not in an ideal spot. If you want to mount monitors to your desk to save space you will have to mount slightly off center.The mechanism to move the desk up and down makes a mechanical sound some times. I do check to make sure the bar is secure in it’s slot after a set amount of position shiftsConclusion:Overall, good price (lightening deal) good product and the ability to save 4 positions. The size is pretty good. I plan to practice djing so there is enough room for that as long as you add a keyboard tray and mount the monitors.

I tried to find reviews of this desk online. Most were from non-trustworthy (to me) sources since they were almost all affiliates, so I was a bit concerned. One of the issues that some of the online reviews have with standing desks in general is that they are not very stable when raised to their top level. Also, as someone who is 6 feet tall with a fairly long back, I was a bit worried that it would not be tall enough.I was wrong on both counts.This desk is shockingly sturdy considering it goes up to 118cm (46.5 inches) when fully extended. My monitor wobbles a bit when I am typing, but it is a pretty wobbly monitor to begin with.I bought the 63-inch one, which was the right one for my needs. I have my work laptop, a big (wobbly) monitor, and a printer on it and it is exactly the right width. If you have just 2 screens, a smaller one might be enough but with 3 screens you need the biggest size.The desk is not very deep, and some people are bothered by the seam in the middle. Given the amazing price of this desk, I am totally ok with the seam. And the depth seems to have been calculated precisely so that it can fit through a standard residential door without needing to be tipped over and without being disassembled.Overall, I VERY strongly recommend this desk as a home office solution. Le voy a dar 5 estrellas porque han hecho tantas cosas bien, que supongo que lo merecen, pero:-La solución del adaptador de corriente es chapucera. DeberÃan haberlo fijado a la parte inferior de la mesa y haber sacado un segundo cable de alimentación, como en los adaptadores de los portátiles.-Lo de dividir el tablero en dos disminuirá costes, pero hace bastante más laborioso el montaje.-La acabo de montar, asà que no sé cómo aguantará con el tiempo.-Muy mal poner ganchos de plástico en los laterales que acabarán rompiéndose aunque no sean endebles. Originalmente eran metálicos que era la solución correcta y daba un extra de estabilidad.-SerÃa interesante poner una cesta opcional (pagando, claro) para poner un hub de enchufes y adaptadores de portátiles, cargadores, etc.Todo lo demás muy bien: precio, acabados, ruido, estabilidad, funcionalidad y facilidad de uso.
