I like a straight chair. Computer chairs seem to think that people should recline while working. That doesn’t work for me. This fills the gap so that I can type comfortably while also having support for my spine, instead of feeling like I’m falling over every time I lean back. Note: The straps ARE too long for a standard computer chair. However, that’s easy to fix! It comes with extensions, so just extend the straps to their full length and take an extra wrap around the chair. Solid, secure, and since the buckles are behind the pad, you can’t even tell. Not to mention that’s even more secure than a snug single wrap.

This cushion is the most perfect cushion to strap on both my car seat and kitchen seat to relieve pain by keeping me in the right position. It is very very comfortable and truly helps my back. I looked at so many and this one was the best of the lot. I’ve had them for years now and there is no sign of degradation. They are still supportive and comfy. If you have back pain this is the one for you. I also have seat cushions that help take the pressure off your back. This combo is the best. It is especially important in the car to use a car seat that has a wedge design with it higher in the back than the front to compensate for the severe dip in the car seat that is located in the back of the seat where it meets the back of the car seat. That dip in the car seat in the back will compress your spine and causes pain. These two cushions have in time cured this problem along with PT.

Adjustable back pillow
What I like about this pillow is that it is comfortable and adjustable for very large chairs ( driver seat) to normal chairs ( slender back dining room chair ) Example when I first got it. I put it on a normal chair and the straps were way too large for it. It just fell over. Then I realized that you can take off the extra middle strap, and snap it to the another strap to make it smaller. That was really wonderful in discovering that!The only con I would say is that the pillow is very thick. So if you have a normal chair, you will be sitting in the middle of the chair not the back of it. I know that sounds obvious, but it does change things in the way that you sit in the chair. I am a musician and I bought it for playing my instrument. I am having neck problems and my physical therapist is working on better posture with me. My right hand goes numb at times because of my bad posture. Plus I have a very heavy clarinet which sits on my right thumb so I bought a support stick that sits on the chair in between my legs while I play the clarinet.the support stick is barely on the chair because I am sitting so forward on the chair. That is my only con with this chair pad. It is very comfortable as it says, but very thick. I expected it to be half as thick as it was. I will not be returning it as I can use it with some chairs at home , but I will not be using it in every chair, unfortunately.Also Putting it in my car, ( Honda Odyssey ) the seats are too plush and it does not work as I am nearly against the steering wheel if I want my feet to touch the gas pedal. I donât think itâs very good for driving as you will be too close to the airbag if it goes off. Thatâs another con. As I said, the cushion is very thick. I think itâs about 4 inches at its largest point. That is quite a substantial amount of cushion. I expected it to be 2-3 inches thick.It really does make a difference in some things. Just beware of this measurement.
