Very Portable, Rechargeable Desk Lamp Gives Lots of Light
This is a lightweight, rechargeable desk lamp that is very convenient to use. I am primarily using it for working on jigsaw puzzles where I just need more light than I can get from the ceiling light in the room where I do my puzzles. The lamp uses a USB cable to recharge its internal battery. Because there is no cord, I can easily move this around to give me light on the different sections of the puzzle where I need the light. This is much better than using the flashlight that I used to use. The height and angle of the head are easily adjustable. Also, the head produces three types of light. It has both white and yellow LEDs in the head and by pressing the power button, you can illuminate only the white LEDs, or only the yellow LEDs, or both types. For my purposes, I am only using the white LED setting. I am not sure how long the light will last from a full charge. I have tried running it for about an hour at a time, and it has done that just fine.

Good concept but a little “clumsy” to use
MY elderly relative is having trouble using the lamp. It doesn’t seem to respond consistently to touch to change the light intensity. There is also a very small on/off switch on the side. Since no instructions came with the lamp, it took some fiddling to be able to use it.

Cheap quality
Once you find a setting that you like and you turn it off you have to start all over. It does not remember any settings when turned off so it has to be reset every time you use it. Seems they gave the light no thought for the user or the quality to user ease

Very Versatile Lamp
I love this Generic Foldable LED Desk Lamp. It charges easily with the included USB-C cable. When folded up itâs a very small and narrow package. You can then unfold it with the base, the middle, and the lamp into a variety of angles. Itâs so small that if you like, you can also fold it and take it with you very easily.I got this for a teenagers desk. He really likes it. It takes up very little space, but when needed provides a great bit of light. Itâs interesting how itâs also been designed to mount on the wall, but we prefer using it on the desk.

Very portable
Folds up pretty small if you need to take it along, but extends into a good sized desk lamp. No cords to worry about so you can position it about anywhere. My Wife uses it at her sewing table. It charges with a standard USB-C plug.

Let the Light Shine!
Itâs very bright. Itâs easy to do crafts, like crochet under it when you donât want to light up the whole room. Itâs easy to open up and then adjust to shine on whatever you need it to. It hasnât fallen down from the position Iâve adjusted it to. I often need a light in places without an outlet so this comes in very handy 🙂 I might even bring one to the storage unit 🙂 Itâs much easier to use than a flashlight! I like the cool pattern on top, too.The only issue I had with it is that I had to remember to use a switch to turn it on. ITâs a black on on the bottom side (see photos). Then I have to tap the 1/0 button on the base and the light shines :)Super nice and super easy to use!

I wanted to love it but…
The Generic “Foldable LED Desk Lamp, Slim Rechargeable USB Table Light, 2400mAh Reading Lamps, 3 Color Modes & Stepless Dimming, Portable Small Desk Light for Office Home Dormitory, White/Green, MY-7901” seemed like the perfect lamp for me.I have a very small space available between my 2 monitors for a lamp that won’t obstruct my view and yet provide enough light to keep my solar-powered keyboard charged during the shorter winter days.So this lamp seemed perfect. But while it has worked for that sole purpose, I feel that the description is very misleading in the following ways:1) There is no manual that comes with the lamp. No instructions. Note that it’s USB only so you’ll need to provide a charger if you want to plug it into the wall.2) and yet, it doesn’t seem to be a rechargeable lamp despite the promise that it keeps its charge for 6 hours. I left it plugged in for days, but if I unplug it, it definitely doesn NOT work.3) The only way it seems to come on is if if I toggle the tiny, hard, black switch on the side and even then, it doesn’t come on (even though the light is green at the USB cable). I have to manipulate it slighly for it to come on. That “power” button that’s engraved on the top doesn’t seem to do anything at all. I have tried touching it and pressing it, with the cable on or off, with the black switch on or off, and it does nothing at all.4) Then when it’s finally on, then it works well but there’s aren’t 3 settings like they describe on the listing. There’s just the 1 setting.So it’s worked but it’s frustrating. Every morning I’ve been wondering if it would turn on or not. I’m glad the days are finally getting longer so I don’t have to use it.I’ve give it 3 stars if the description didn’t promise features that don’t seem to exist. Maybe I just have a defective one, it’s hard to know since there aren’t any instructions anyway.
