Glass separates from brass
Works fine for pour over beverages. The screens are doubled, with extra provided keeps detritus from your cup. The glass insert will remove from the housing, be aware when washing. The top with the plunger has no mark to indicate filtered pour section. Overall it feels cheap. It works well for what it does though, I use daily.

Exactly as described and very well made.
I am gla that I brought this model as the other models this company sells I would imagine would be more prone to breaking from an accidental knock. The glass is kind of thin so I am going to make sure to warm it with hot water from my sink before adding really hot water due to my concerns about thermal shock. I like that it also came with a cleaning utensil as cleaning without it breaking normally might be a problem also.Another PRO is they se;; replacement beakers and honestly that was also my main selling point. No need to worry about replacing the beaker after clumsy me breaks it. I already know that no matter how careful I am… Yeah it’s gonna break. But I am very happy with my purchase.

Glass chipped…again
Had it less than a month and somehow there’s a chip in the glass on the inside, not sure how that happened because i dont take it out of the case. Water pours out, it is of no use, going straight to the garbage! This is the second glass fench press that I’ve bought and the exact same thing happened to the other one. Gotta find a better design.
