Durable and insulating
This product works well it is a very good value for for your money it looks great and the adhesive is very strong although I prefer to use gorilla tape as itâs easier to clean up at the end of winter the stickiness of the tape was well made, and it had great adhesive strength, even though I chose not to go with it

Once installed, works great
In an drafty old 1880’s farm house, you do what you can to keep the house warm during the winter months. We tried it across the side window span which ends up roughly the same as a pair of patio doors. It absolutely works to cut down on drafts and keep the heat inside. The tricky part is installation. You really need 2 people to do a nice job. Once the strips are ready, it’s difficult to tent the plastic in such a way so it doesn’t prematurely stick to the tape in undesired patterns. Doable, but not easy. An extra pair of hands would make this a straight-forward and simple project. I would never be without this shrink cover. Works great.

Used outside on a double patio door
I have two cats so putting up plastic sheeting indoors on my patio door is pure folly :)Be sure to clean your door frame well (I use rubbing alcohol) first and dry it well & the wider tape provided sticks great to the aluminum frame.It helps to have a helper because as we all know, there’s absolutely NO WIND when you decide to install the sheeting UNTIL you go to install the sheeting :)Otherwise it’s a fine product & helps greatly with heat loss.

Thicker than expected
This plastic is thicker than expected but still clear when you shrink it. Iâm using it on the exterior of the windows and so far they are holding up well, even through high winds weâve received. Will update in a couple of months when the real winter weather hits to see how itâs holding up

100% improvement over 3M. The tape is wider and sticks better and the plastic is thicker. I’ll hold off on five stars after I see how it survives the worst Wisconsin winter has to offer.
