Great for a Studio!
My partner and I got this after realizing that we were lacking a place to eat in our tiny studio. It fits! and its wonderful! It provides extra storage, it helps us make our place more homey, and our dog has a nice little hidey hole.The only thing is- building it was not easy. It definitely requires two people. Well- you could just have one person build it- but its a bit easier with two. The panels are VERY specific and putting one out of place or upside down/the wrong way can bite you in the caboose real hard.

Hard but good quality
Finished product looks and works great. A drill made this okay, but lots of holes not pre-drilled. Wood is soft enough you can screw in by hand but every leg has 5 screws with just a tiny dot on the board to mark the intended location. Finished product is great, just a lot of effort. Hardest part was screwing in the lift top mechanism. It is heavy and must be held in place while you reach inside the cubby to place screws. A headlamp is helpful, and maybe a friend. I laid product on its side to reduce weight I needed to hold while screwing in screws to non-existent holes.

CHEAP, the holes do not match, instructions are not clear & the parts were labeled wrong. I basically had to figure it out as I go. The left side of table where the shelves are… they are not screwed in on the bottom because NO holes are made and it can’t be done so if I lift the table will fall apart on that side.also, the part that goes up and down. the holes for the springs ARE NOT EVEN… so you’ll have to measure yourself.Don’t waste your money. I wish just sent it back but I was far to deep in building it.

Itâs a no for me
1.5 âï¸ because how is it already scratched to heck and falling apart? Almost every piece came with the scratchy lines on it. Assembly was wayyyyy longer than 45 minutes! Some of the holes were okay, others I had to make and thatâs after checking both sides to see if I was just slow. Some of the corresponding pieces werenât cut correctly so the table doesnât close all the way. Thereâs barely a guide on where to place the metal parts for the legs; literally just a vague picture, no marks on the slab. I used a powered screwdriver and it worked great, but the end result is still a wonky table thatâs scratched, already peeling, and wonât close correctly. With how hard it was to put together Iâm not taking it apart to return ðThe 1.5 is because it arrived faster than estimated, I like the color, and itâll work for what I need it to when itâs raised

Plenty of storage space – easy to assemble
The instructions were good. I recommend having a small power screw driver to put it together. It would have been good to have predrilled holes for the mounting plates for the legs, but I just made sure that the angled sides were equidistant from the sides and the front or back…probably not necessary, but it was easy to do. You will need a second set of hands to hold the top steady and in position to screw the hardware for the adjustable top to the box of the base. Just put one screw in each side to get the screws lined up in the predrilled holes. After that, it can be done solo. This has really corralled all the mess that was on hubby’s coffee table.

Bottom screws for legs would not under any amount of screwdriver force finish screwing in more than half way, had to borrow a drillAnother of the screws provided for the main portion of the table had a circular drive instead of “x” shape, meaning I had to use pliers to put it inAlso can with small amounts of damage to inner panel, no a huge deal, but I would have returned but had no intrest to dissemble it

Der Tisch hat überall verschieden GroÃe Spalten, überall sind Kratzer, das Einlegefach wackelt. Die vorgebohrten Bohrlöcher stimmen nicht, weshalb es nun an der Wand ausgerissen ist.Ich kann ihn daher nicht empfehlen.
