I like it a lot. Very sturdy and makes no noise whatsoever. Doesn’t shake or feel loose/rickety. The LED lights are pretty and have various settings. They tend to fall on the ends, but nothing that can’t be remedied with double sided tape. I like the upholstered headboard and drawers but wish they had running tracks to keep them steady and in place. Mine was Black, Queen Size, with plenty of storage space beneath and the compartments in the head board and pockets on each side are very convenient and adds personality to the complete setup.The quality was great and priced very fair.

Don’t put this together by yourself
Overall, for how much I paid for this I am happy with it despite my criticisms below. Great aesthetic, all the pieces were there plus spares, great instructions, seems sturdy, and looks just like the pictures!The assembly instructions are very clear that this frame needs two people to put it together. In my infinite hubris and unhealthy aversion to asking for help, I tried to do it alone. I got about 2/3 done before I realized if I didn’t have help, I was going to cry throughout the rest of the assembly. The assembly instructions were surprisingly easy to follow but make sure you don’t mix up your bolts or you’ll be trying to figure out which one is which.My biggest complaint is that the bars with tabs on them were really wonky and I had to spend about an hour with a hammer and a t-square to get them all at a 90° angle so the pieces would go together correctly. The really crappy thing is that I had spent an hour putting together the headboard before it became obvious that the tabs were not correctly aligned. I had to take apart everything I had done already to fix it.The platform doesn’t have a recess for the mattress to sit in, or tabs to stop it from sliding. I am short so every time I sit on it, it slides away from me. I’ve had to adjust the mattress several times a day. If you’re going to get this bed, buy a pad to go underneath your mattress to stop it from slipping.I like the little “secret” cubby on the backside of the headboard but it’s completely open in the back. If you put something in there, it’s pretty likely to fall off into the void under the bed. The drawers do not have a rail, they’re just on wheels and they don’t roll straight so they often bang into each other or need to be re-aligned when you put them away so that they fit correctly. Not a big deal for me since they’re just for storage but definitely something to consider if you plan to use them a lot.The app for the LEDs is trash, but they still look cool and I do really like them.At the end of the day, it’s great for the price!

Lighted headboard bed & frame
Came very quickly. Nice sturdy bed, everything was labeled and directions were very clear on how to assemble. Yes it does take awhile to assemble but everything you need is right there and clearly marked even the bolts. Much better than I was expecting. Lights are nice and shelves are added functions along with chargers. Would buy again and would recommend.

Very hard to put together.
I absolutely love my bed frame. However, it took me 6+ hours to put together after a friend’s dad (who is an engineer and was following the directions) worked on it for 1.5Would give 5, but the difficulty really was an issue. It is very sturdy and fits nicely in my room

Worth it!
Putting this thing together was a literal pain, but I was able to do it solo as a fairly weak person with arthritis. I didn’t struggle with the instructions anymore than I usually do with things like this. I saw someone mentioned that the holes don’t line up, but I didn’t have trouble with that. A couple of tips: Don’t tighten the screws until you have the whole piece put together and pay attention to where all the holes are on things so you don’t end up having to backtrack to fix errors later. It took me a few hours and I was sore in the everything for a couple days after, but we got it done.It was worth it! It feels sturdy and looks wonderful. My daughter loves the built-in LEDâit looks great with her space-themed setup. The outlet gives her a place to charge her phone and Switch at night. I love that it has drawers, too, because her room is really small. All-in-all, it’s a really full-featured and great quality bed for this price. The trade-off is that it’s not something you can quickly put together, so start early.

Great bed frame!
I bought this bed for my daug5& she loves it. She likes to read at night & the lights work perfect for it. She really likes the bookshelves on the frame. This frame doesn’t squeak when she lies down. The color, the height of the bed frame are perfect, This bed is frame is extremely sturdy. This bed frame was a great price! I would definitely recommend.

I like the metal parts that are more solid than my old wood parts. There are a lot of parts and it took me about 5 hours to complete. I purchased a piece of plexiglass to cover the back of the center shelves so nothing falls out the back. Like the color and solidness and the led lights are a cute surprise.

Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I regret purchasing the Furnulem Queen Bed Frame. Multiple pieces arrived damaged or completely missing and dealing with their customer support has been a nightmare. I reached out over a month ago, and despite numerous follow-ups, I still havenât received the replacement parts. The lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating, as their customer service is located overseas and is hard to get a response from.Assembly was another ordeal. The provided instructions were unclear, and using their flimsy torque wrench made the process unnecessarily difficult. If I hadnât already spent hours putting it together, I would have returned it immediately.To make matters worse, the finished product is far from what I expected. The drawers donât slide smoothly, and the overall build quality feels cheap. For the price, I expected a much better experience.I will never buy another Furnulem product again. Save yourself the headache and choose a different brand.
