Product Overview

The Gourmia GTF7520 Toast Oven Air Fryer is a versatile, space-saving kitchen appliance designed for everyday cooking needs in compact living environments. Combining the functionality of a toaster, conventional oven, and air fryer into one unit, it offers a practical solution for individuals or small households looking to reduce countertop clutter without sacrificing essential cooking features. Its sleek stainless steel design blends seamlessly into modern kitchens while delivering reliable performance across multiple cooking modes. Customers frequently highlight its strong baking capabilities, intuitive operation, and thoughtful design elements like the unique double-door system—features that enhance both usability and energy efficiency during meal preparation.

Key Features

  • Versatile Cooking Modes: The GTF7520 supports three core functions: toasting, baking, and air frying. Whether you’re browning bagels at breakfast, reheating crispy fries with minimal oil, or baking small desserts like muffins or cookies, this appliance handles each task efficiently. The dual heating elements ensure even heat distribution, promoting consistent results whether you’re using convection-like air frying or traditional radiant heating for toasting.
  • Innovative Double-Door Design: Unlike standard single-door ovens, the GTF7520 features two independently operable doors. This allows users to open just one side when checking food or adding ingredients without releasing excess heat—a significant advantage when preparing multi-step meals. For instance, you can preheat one compartment while loading food into the other, streamlining workflow and maintaining optimal temperatures throughout the cooking process.
  • Compact Yet Functional Build: Engineered for tight spaces, this model measures significantly smaller than full-size ovens but still accommodates common household items such as a 4-slice toast rack, standard baking pans (up to 9 x 6 inches), and even medium-sized casserole dishes. Its footprint is ideal for apartments, dorm rooms, studio kitchens, or RVs where every inch counts.
  • User-Friendly Manual Controls: Instead of complex digital interfaces, the GTF7520 uses simple rotary dials to adjust time and temperature settings—offering tactile feedback and straightforward operation. Users select their desired mode (toast, bake, or air fry) and set the timer and heat level via clearly labeled knobs. This design appeals to those who prefer direct control over cooking parameters and avoids the learning curve associated with touchscreens or preset programs.
  • Durable Stainless Steel Construction: The exterior is finished in brushed stainless steel, providing a polished look resistant to fingerprints and daily wear. Internally, the cavity is lined with non-stick material, simplifying cleanup after baking or air frying greasy foods. The combination of robust build quality and easy maintenance contributes to long-term satisfaction among users.

Benefits & Use Cases

This appliance excels in scenarios requiring speed, convenience, and adaptability without the bulk of larger appliances. It’s particularly well-suited for singles, couples, or remote workers who prepare frequent small meals but lack room for a full oven. In the morning, quickly toast whole-grain bread or reheat pastries using the dedicated toasting function. During lunch or dinner, switch to air fry mode to crisp up leftover chicken wings, roasted potatoes, or store-bought french fries—using little to no oil for healthier results. For dessert enthusiasts, the baking capability shines with evenly browned banana bread, mini quiches, or cinnamon rolls.

The double-door feature adds tangible workflow benefits. Imagine preheating the oven to 375°F while simultaneously loading a casserole dish—this isn’t possible with most compact units. Similarly, if you’re monitoring doneness on one side, closing that door prevents heat escape while you add an ingredient through the opposite side. These nuances make the GTF7520 stand out among similarly sized competitors.

Energy efficiency is another practical benefit. Because it heats faster than conventional ovens and retains warmth better due to its insulated design, it consumes less power per use—an important consideration for eco-conscious households or those watching utility bills.

Important Notes

While praised for its baking performance and innovative door system, some users note limitations regarding batch size and internal dimensions. The 0.6-cubic-foot interior may feel cramped when attempting to cook large roasts, multi-layer cakes, or more than four slices of toast at once. Planning portion sizes accordingly helps maximize efficiency. Always consult the included instruction manual for proper cleaning protocols—especially when removing crumb trays or wiping interior walls after air frying oily foods.

No accessories beyond the main unit are explicitly mentioned in available documentation, though typical inclusions may consist of crumb tray, baking pan, and wire rack. Buyers should confirm packaging contents upon delivery. Warranty details and support contacts are generally provided separately and should be verified based on retailer policies.

My first air fryer. Really versatile, air fry’s , bakes, and toasts!
Overall design is good, double doors really convenient. It took me a while to figure out the instructions and then it all made sense. Air fried some breaded chicken breast and they turned out great (no oil). My college age grandson who previously only used the microwave is a big fan for cooking frozen stuff and reheating pizza. Last night I did my first double – chicken breasts and potato wedges cooked at the same time using different racks – great time save and results. This is a keeper and well worth the money.

Could use more baking pans to use in it.
Like: Easy to Read Display. Not Like: None. Used it for Air Frying Chicken Nuggets for Grandchild. Baking meals in smaller portions for retired folks. Save on energy use and eat more healthy.

    I hate the unskippable preheat
If you throw say a leftover pizza slice in there and set the time to 4 minutes, which is just about perfect, then after 4 minutes the preheat still won’t even complete and it will just keep going, having not started the 4 minute timer. As a result it will just keep going until the preheat says it’s ready, meantime burning your pizza to cinders. It’s insidious. Really, it’s fire hazard. Thing is, I think there a couple air fryers like this with this problem and buyers just accept it as an acceptable problem. I bought 3 of there, and returned the other 2 for this problem thinking that maybe it was a fluke. Nope no fluke. I kept the last one because the box was destroyed and I had nothing to return it in.Instead get yourself an airfryer that allows you to skip the preheat so you can set a timer and have it start immediately so it will always turn off the fryer after an appointed time. Ouila! That’s how it should work.I work around the issue on this one by setting the heat as low as it will go (170?), push start, and then the preheat ends roughly after about 60 seconds so the timer will then start, then I bump the heat up to where I want it, but what a pain. It means I have to stand around waiting for 60 extra seconds everytime I want to reheat something, instead of setting it, pushing start and forgetting about it which I could with our old air fryer that died.I was going to give it a 1 star but bumped it to 2 because i like the doors. People complain of it closing on your hand and burning it… I never reach in there without gloves the cover my wrists though, so not a problem for me. It’s never closed on my hand, but I could see the doors getting bumped and then doing that.I like how there are multiple slots and with another tray (which we had) we can put a truckload of food in there. So it has that going for it.

I could see this item was shipped from abroad before purchasing and contacted Amzn customer service who confirmed verbally and sent an email to me stating it would arrive with a UK plug. Be warned mine arrived as pictured. We were literally counting down the days to its delivery as nothing like it sold in the Uk by Gourmia or Cuisinart. Return not collectible so had to carry this heavy item to a UPS pickup. Should not be sold in UK without a warning it comes wired for USA.
