Perfect fit
I bought this to go in front of the bed in my RV. I replaced the queen rv (short) mattress with a standard queen mattress. The new mattress is about 6 inches longer and this shoe holder is the perfect height to provide support for the mattress AND it holds all of our shoes. It is also very nice looking and sturdy.

A Perfect Solution for shoe storage!
This arrived undamaged and no pieces missing. I had it assembled and everything is perfect and lined up properly. The top cushion was unattached so I used rug grip tape and the bench cushion now stays firmly in place. It’s nice looking as well as functional. I get lots of compliments on it. It holds 8 prs of my shoes and or boots. Not made for large sized shoes. I wear a size 7-1/2 to 8. So much neater than a shoe basket or setting them in an open space. Love it!

I had to get someone to put it together for me, but I love it.It came with a lot of pieces. The top cushion looks fine, but is thin and flimsy. It holds eight pairs of my shoes (women’s size 9) by the front door.

Plastic Hinge Pieces Break Easily, Company Won’t Send Parts
Love the overall form factor, size, looks, fits great behind my door below some coat racks, easy to assemble, good storage. Would be a great product except for a huge flaw.The problem is is when one of my children opened it to get their shoes, not delicately but also not very hard at all it broke while I was watching after about 4 months. One of the plastic pieces where the storage compartment swivels snapped. It kind of worked still, but a couple months later the other one broke as well, rendering one compartment useless. I reached out to the company and they said they don’t sell or have any of these extra parts available to send people.This is the piece that literally the whole design hinges on, they should be made of metal or should send you extras from the get-go and be ready to send more on-demand. Disappointed with the product support and durability of this key mechanical feature of the product. It’s not a common part, it’s custom so it’s not like you can grab something at the hardware store to fix it either. Definitely pass on this one.

Looks nice but missing a piece
It took a bit of an effort to put it together as some pieces were missing their letter stickers (rubbed off in the box). Nearly finished when we found we were missing a part (G, the pivot for one of the drawers). Looked everywhere thinking we dropped it, but never found it. If the manufacturer/seller sends us the missing part I’ll amend the rating. Since it’s together I can’t exactly send it back. So now I have a bench with one drawer we can’t use. Otherwise, the bench is exactly what I thought I was getting and fits well where I put it.

Takes a bit of time
IMO this is a nice shoe stand/bench. In order to be able to ship it, it has to be flat. It is a heavy box and takes a bit to sort and figure out. The instructions are pictures and no written instructions or explanations are provided. My wife ordered this item and when I set out to assemble, I had no idea what it looked like or what tools were needed. I unboxed and set things out in order so I could find what I needed easily. All you need is a large and regular Phillips bit (drill or screw gun recommended) and a hammer. I believe it took over an hour to get it together by myself and an extra hand to hold things while fastening them would be a big help. It looks fine all assembled. feels sturdy, and is comfortable to sit on.

Arrived earlier than scheduled.Heavier and more sturdy than I thought it would be, everyone seats on it to put on their shoes. The cushion is very comfortable.Looks great and matches my other cabinets.Although it didn’t take my huge crocs, it is more value for my money. I bought it during black Friday sales.
