Product Overview
The Hestan NanoBond Collection Titanium Stainless Steel Skillet delivers a high-performance cooking experience built for serious home and professional chefs. Designed with advanced molecular titanium technology, this skillet offers exceptional durability, superior heat distribution, and a clean-cooking surface that resists scratching, staining, and food sticking. Crafted in Italy with precision engineering, it combines ergonomic design with industrial-grade strength to elevate everyday meals. Whether searing steaks or sautéing vegetables, this skillet ensures pure flavor without toxic residues or metallic transfer. Ideal for those who demand long-lasting cookware that performs under intense heat and frequent use.
Key Features
- Molecular Titanium Bonding: Thousands of titanium nano-layers are fused to the 18/10 stainless steel base, creating a cooking surface that is four times harder than standard stainless steel. This innovation enhances resistance to scratches, stains, and salt pitting, ensuring lasting performance even with metal utensil use.
- Clean-Cooking Surface: The non-toxic, non-reactive coating prevents any chemical leaching into food, preserving natural flavors without residue, flaking, or compromise to health. Cook with confidence knowing your meals stay pure and safe.
- ProCore Clad Construction: Triple-bonded stainless steel with exclusive ProCore aluminum core provides 35% greater heat conductivity than other aluminum-clad cookware. This results in rapid, even heating ideal for browning, searing, and precise temperature control.
- Ergonomic Handle Design: A comfortable, contoured handle ensures a secure grip during cooking and serving, reducing fatigue and improving control when flipping or transferring dishes from stovetop to table.
- Expanded Cooking Surface: Each skillet delivers 20% more usable surface area compared to traditional models of the same size, maximizing efficiency for larger batches or multi-ingredient meals.
- High Heat and Oven Safe: Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 1050°F, making it suitable for direct stove-top use as well as oven-safe applications such as finishing dishes or broiling.
- Handcrafted Italian Quality: Built with meticulous attention to detail in Italy, combining artisanal craftsmanship with cutting-edge materials science for a lifetime of reliable use.

Benefits & Use Cases
This skillet excels in high-heat applications where durability and even cooking are essential. Its molecular titanium surface excels at achieving a perfect sear on proteins like steak or fish, locking in juices and developing rich flavor crusts without burning or sticking. The expanded cooking surface makes it ideal for preparing family-sized portions or handling multiple ingredients simultaneously—perfect for stir-fries, pancakes, or eggs for breakfast crowds.
Thanks to its oven-safe capability up to 1050°F, users can transition seamlessly from stovetop to oven for recipes requiring finishing steps such as deglazing, reducing sauces, or baking casseroles directly in the pan. The non-reactive nature ensures acidic ingredients like tomatoes or citrus-based marinades won’t alter taste or compromise safety, making it suitable for Mediterranean, Asian, and fusion cuisine styles.
The ergonomic handle remains cool relative to the pan body during normal cooking, providing comfort and control during extended prep sessions. Its metal utensil-safe surface means there’s no need to switch to wooden spoons when achieving restaurant-quality browning—simplifying cleanup and maintaining performance over time.
Important Notes
This product comes with one 11-inch skillet and does not include additional accessories unless specified separately in the packaging. For optimal longevity, hand washing is recommended to preserve the molecular titanium layer, though occasional dishwasher cycles will not damage the cookware. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers that could wear down the nano-coating prematurely. Store carefully to prevent impact damage to the edges or handle connection point.

The best pans
I e had almost every brand of pot/pan over the last 35 years. These days, I take Tefal nonstick with the detachable handles to do most of my duty for quick meals for the kids. However, I was drawn back to steel pans to be able to get a proper browning on meats and fish. My last three brands Iâve owned All Clad, Fissler and now Hestan, there is not much comparison when it comes to the details. Hestan is really just that little bit better in every area. I can still do perfectly well with the others, but especially these nanobond pans really have the nice advantage of temperature control, not too heavy, easy to manipulate, super smooth surface (not nonstick) which makes it easy to cook with and easy to clean, as well as just looking nice. Iâve only had them for a few months, but I can already tell theyâre going to be with me for a while. If youâre not super price sensitive, I would suggest to start with the induction combo to be really impressed.

Hestan, where have you been all of my life???
Oh. My. Goodness. SERIOUSLY!! I had been a snobby stainless steel All-Clad user for so many years – D3, D5, had it all. Got rid of it all when Hestan came into my life. If you told me that I could find something that cooks better than All-Clad, I’d have said you were nuts. When my beloved All-Clad started separating and creating razor-sharp edges, (I was so tired of cutting my fingers every time I’d wash the dishes.) I knew it was time to part ways.I started my research and came across Hestan NanoBond. Wow. Wow. Wow!!! Not only does it cook better, clean up better and look better, I can put it in the dishwasher without fear of delaminating. That’s their guarantee!I don’t like using traditional non-stick pans so that type was never an option for me. These amazing NanoBond pans aren’t non-stick, so to speak, but they sure do behave like non-stick! Are they pricey? Super pricey. Are they worth it? YES!!! Save your pennies (and nickels, dimes and quarters) for these pans. You’ll be thrilled that you did!

WORST EVER
24hr soak with dishsoap can’t even loosen eggs. I bought this because I have a new induction stove and this pan seemed rock solid. Customer Service says no pan has ever been “destroyed”, maybe I’m the lucky 1st one, but since the first time I used it, the stickiest pan I’ve ever owned. Makes me want to smash things. 34yrs old and every other pan I’ve had was 1000x easier to clean and cook with, and of course MUCH MUCH CHEAPER.*edit* used their brand cleaner *only available on their site* bs.. anyway, looks new yay. Cook on low i guess, even though it says it’s safe up to 1000+ degrees*EDIT* Requires HARD HARD SCRUBBING EVERY USE with their special BS brand name cleaner. Even just for 3 eggs. Get ready to soak for a WHOLE DAY and scrub your day away. Unbelievable they are selling this and advertising is as anything but the STICKIEST PAN ON THE PLANET.REGRET THIS PURCHASE SOOOOOO HARDBUYER BEWAREWatch my video above – also easily dents.. wow, can it get any worse?

LOVE my nanobond pan!
Get the 11â for sure. The 8â is far too small for anything meaningful and youâll want to move most of your cooking to the 11â pan to get the best bang for your buck. With a bit of oil, even eggs are easy to cook. If something gets stuck on when frying, it comes off pretty easily with a quick soak or immediately with a wooden pot scraper.Vinegar (donât work but use a vinegar dilute and wipe off quickly) has done the trick to get my pan to shine like new again. I know people complain about it not cleaning up perfectly â either use vinegar, lemon, or their cleaning product and youâll be fine.Regarding the price point, I pay this amount happily assuming I can use it for a lifetime and not worry about forever chemicals from a cheap nonstick pan wrecking havoc in my body.

Not what I expected
OK, my wife usually does the cooking duties and I am the clean up person. She hasn’t complained about the pan but I will. Even after adding oil, everything sticks to it. Eggs – forget it. I have to soak it sometimes overnight to get it clean. Definitely not worth it from my end of the table.

Super nice pan
I don’t know what people are doing to them to get them so gooped up with stuck-on anything, as I have used this pan, as well as my 14″ HexClad pan, and have cooked some sticky things in them, and I don’t even have to soak them. I had a terrible experience with another pan that was touted as non-stick – a beautiful looking Italian pan that was $249 for an 11-inch pan – and I used it according to directions, ending up with the sides taking lots of elbow grease to remove the sort of stuck-on oil. No exaggeration, I spent almost a full 30 minutes to try to clean that pan after just the one use in order to return it to the manufacturer in decent shape, but when I used the HexClad, every cleaning has taken a minute or less to clean up. These are simply awesome pans!

Perfect frying pan
This pan gets hot really fast. Figured out no more than medium heat add butter and cook eggs without sticking. Also light enough for wife to handle

Almost perfect
These pans cook great on my induction. Construction and build is top of the line. Clean up is pretty good but less than the marketing pitch proposes. Definitely not in the category of ânon-stickâ. Use oil and expect to scrub (just a bit) with the nylon scrubber. Overall, very nice.

I know how to cook on steel pans but this one is just the same as non-coated. And very-very expensiveI expected much more. Really regret about this purchase and – there’s no adequate customer support here. They redirect on the maufacturers website and – what amazon is about?I would like to return it for good but I can’t as it’s used. And NO support, no real people anywhere
