Great value for money
Nice, comfortable, great value for money. Attention new buyers: delivery is very fast but in two stages, half of the boxes were delivered one day and the rest the next! Three little feet were missing, but it’s not a big deal.

Great couch. Great size. Comfortable.
It’s a great couch. Comfortable too. I’ve slept on it a few times. Perfect sitting width and quite long. The back rests would need some Velcro strips but not enough to drop a star. In fact, you can take off the back rests to create extra sitting room on the floor. I got really lucky to find this couch. No complaints.

Would Buy Again and Recommend (Minus FedEx Shipping It)
It would have received 5 stars but A) the back cushions are lacking (not terrible, though. You may need to grab additional support to compensate. B) When moving it after it was assembled, it had some give in places. Sturdy and stable when not moving it. And C) the shipper uses FedEx so expect the packages at least 24-48 hours late and to be delivered anywhere but your door. If not for how surprised I was with the couch as a whole, FedEx was so incompetent, I was tempted to give this 1 star.Assessment:1) Couch is bigger than expected. Easily sits 5 6′ 215lb men, shoulder to shoulder. Back, couch height are on par with similar setups if not a little better with this one.2) Seat cushions are comfortable and after spending a night on them, pleasantly surprised just how comfortable.3) Arm rests are pretty good softness wise.4) Less than 2 hour setup by myself using only the Allen (L-shaped) wrench provided. Instructions are simple enough to look over once and then build away.5) Definitely good value and quality for what you spend.6) Give it a full 24 hours to settle, it’ll be worth it!

We Like It. Not bad for the price!
Shipped faster than expected and all three of my boxes arrived together. No missing parts or hardware. Assembly wasn’t bad. My father in law helped us and we had it put together in under 2 hours. It seems sturdy enough. My husband approves and loves having the ottoman on the end for lounging. My kids seem to like it to. I like the color and fabric. It looks pretty nice and is a good length with lots of sitting space. We didn’t have the money to spend $1300 on a new sofa so this was a good purchase for us. It does take a little time for the cushions to fully expand but no problems there. There isn’t much padding on the back rest cushions. They are a bit thin and the couch maybe runs a tad firm, but I still like it overall and no complaints considering the price.

This is not the blue pictured OR a true navy. It’s greyed out
first, the quality seems fine to me. solid. the measurments ARE actually accurate. THAT’s the place I expected the screw up. The seat without back pillows is only like 3- 4″ thinner than a twin size bed. And very comfortable. Does that redeem it in my eyes? NO. BC the blue they showed was a beautiful blue. Like several other slightly smaller couches. It says navy blue. but I saw other couches that said the same thing OR just blue. And they were the same beautiful blue. Are you catching on that my problem is not JUST bc its supposed to be true navy blue. It’s some grayed out even uglier color than navy blue. This is for studio apartment with a bed and couch. Neither of which goes with the linens, curtains and pillows. And worse yet, I cant imagine finding anything that is attractive and goes with this “navy blue’. You might not care, In which case, get it! Unfortunately for me, I did not come this far to fail. I bought a couch before online. It wasn’t even the same style as pictured. So, I guess I’m slightly ahead of the game. This is not pretty blue or even a true navy

No back support
Low back rest. Back pillows are small and uncomfortable. No real back support. The chaise lounge is not long enough for a 5”2 person my legs hang off. Not as comfortable as advertised. I’d send it back if it wasn’t a hassle to disassemble and repackage

Nice and comfortable couch
I love this couch so far. It took about 1 hour to set up but the instructions were easy to understand. The couch itself is pretty nice and bigger than I thought it would be. The fabric feels soft and the cushions are very comfortable. The boxes took some time to arrive and they arrived separately over the course of a week. Overall great value and comfort.
