I use these ones for my area rugs in the living room and bathrooms. They keep the area rocks set in one place. Theyâre easy to use and when they start getting a little bit worn out I just pick them up clean them a little bit with a damn towel and continue using them for another long while I think this might be the best available out a decent price.

UPDATE: original purchase seemed to be working well however soon learned these work in some situations but not others.These work great on runners with backing in low âstressâ situations. Normal foot traffic no problem holds great but PAW traffic another story.Our 74 pound dog bounds to the door when anyone knocks. The results can be seen in the picture. The force of her running picks the runner right up in a jumble. And I had 6 sticky pads on bottom of the 7 foot runner. I contacted seller asking what to do and their advice âpress pad down firmlyâ. Now why didnât i think of that? Pads firmly attached are no match for my dog.Second unopened pack being returned. Sorry but I need to continue search for dog proof stronger product.But in all fairness in majority of uses these are great.These do a great job holding our 7 foot runners in place. They stick on to rug very well and the surface touching the wood floor grips and doesnât allow rug to move. It doesnât have any adhesive touching the floor just this rubbery channeled material. So far after several weeks working great. A bit more expensive than other products but appears to be worth it

I like that these adhere to the rug, not the floor. What makes them work is that they have a gripping, almost sticky surface that keeps them adhered to the floor. But they do not stick to the floor, just grip. They stick to the rug. They are removable from the rug although I don’t know why you would want to remove them. Only problem is, for me, they were not reusable but that’s not really a problem. If you want to move the rug, pick it up, and then put it back down where you want and the grippers work again. I have three 20 pound poodles who like to zoom around chasing each other and none of my rugs with these have moved. I have used other things but they stick to the floor and can leave a mess behind when you move the rug or pull it up to clean. Not with these grippers. You really have to try them to understand how good they are. I have LVT throughout my home so that’s the only thing I can speak about.

I have several rugs that slide all over the hardwood, two runners in particular. I have tried mats, other forms of tape, etc. but so far like this the best, hereâs why -Iâve used other corner tape products that are similar in concept to this, the problem with others are they adhere more strongly to the floor than the rug, and it seems to cause it to lose adhesion to the rug and then you have to peel them off the floor. It also means you canât lift the rug for cleaning without ruining the bond to the rug in the early days while the product still works. These corner tapes, on the other hand hand, can easily be lifted off the floor for cleaning, and because of that the bond seams stronger on the rug. I have high hopes that these will last and work better than other tapes, and even if they donât last, at least they work as advertised when new, this is my second purchase, as I was do happy with the results on the first rugs, I needed to use them in a third. Definitely recommend!

I have a large rug on a wooden floor and two dogs that like to wrestle, race and generally hurl themselvrs about like a couple of cartoon Tazmanian devils. The result is that is shifts somewhere between 2 and 7500000 times a day. Or did, no more since I added these pads! I initially just used 4 and, although that gave a good result, I added a couple more to be extra secure because of the large size of the rug. It doesn’t move when I hoover it. It doesn’t move when the dogs get the zoomies. But, it’s easy to pick up if I want to. Very impressed with these and recommend them highly.
