Arrives well packaged, easily assembled, good quality.
Update: the seats have become very comfortable after they fully expanded. The velcro issue I discussed in my original review was actually lack of observation on my part. I noticed when I went to add velcro to the ottoman cushions that there actually is velcro…very hood quality velcro strips, actually…and on ALL the cushions, both seats and backs. It is covered up with a matching black material that needs to be ripped off to reveal it. Now my cushions don’t move. I absolutely love everything about this sofa!This quickly arrived in 6 boxes over the course of a few short days. I was really impressed with how quickly this arrived….If I had gone down to one of the big box furniture stores in my area (there are several), I would have had to wait longer for this to be delivered from them locally. It took approximately an hour after unboxing for the assembly to be complete. I did the majority of the assembly myself, and my teenage daughter assisted with holding getting the back pieces attaced to 3 sections, which was just helpful because I have limited hip mobilty and she could get a better hold of those pieces to attach. The feet are plasitc, but sturdy, and look like painted wood. The ottomans provide spacious storage and perfect for keeping blankets, board games, etc.The material is soft and velvety smooth. It has a very tight luxurious weave. We had a small spill in the first couple days and the water wiped away clean and dry right away. The seat cushions are bit more firm than I prefer, but my husband likes them. The back cushions are softer. The ottoman top cushions are also firm, and they do move a little easier than I would prefer, so I am considering velcro strips to hold them in place better.Overall, this is a beautiful sectional sofa and fits my space really well. It seems very well made, sturdy, strong, with good materials. I would compare this to the living room furnishings I have purchased from furniture stores in their mid-grade departments, along the name brand lines of Broyhill, and definitely superior to Ashley…I have purchased many pieces of furniture in these quality ranges for my own home and my STRs and offices over the years, and feel I can accurately give these comparisons. Customer service was friendly and quick to respond to a question I had about shipping (only 2 boxes arrived in the first shipment, and they provided me with the tracking information of the remaining boxes).I considered provided a 4 star based on the cushions being extra firm (they do expand and get a little softer), and the ottoman cushions sliding…but as my husband likes the firm, that is really a personal comfort thing and not worth detracting from the quality of sofa. As for the ottoman cushions sliding, they don’t slide so much as to be an issue…again, its just my preference and velcro will easily solve the issue for probably $2. Overall, especially at this price, this sofa is a steal, beautiful, sturdy, well made, provides both ample storage and plenty of seating or room to stretch out, arrives quickly, and goes together easily.

the basics in short: Fit and finish is good, itâs easy to assemble ,itâs not a heavy duty or high dollar couch for the price point its sturdy and well built, fabric is better than expected, it feels great to the touch and looks luxurious yet itâs very comfortable. Our only issue was. WRONG BOX SHIPPED. long version : We ordered these couches and once they arrived they were all that we thought they would be. The Nail Head look, the velvety material in a rich, beautiful shade of gray thatâs so soft to the touch and attractive to the eye. It was a breeze to install and assemble the couches except when We were about half way in assembly of the couch and we realized, One box was wrong. A different color and style couch, though they were similar. We were stopped on our tracks and disappointed. I contacted the company and to be honest I didnât think I will receive much of a response. To my surprise the management contacted me and offered their support immediately. They backed everything they said. Unfortunately due to timing we couldnât wait for a new couch to be shipped again. They immediately refunded my money and told us to keep the couch if we like or they pick it up. They were very apologetic and sincere. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to them for their furniture needs even though we ended up at Costco due to time limitations ( that end up being a whole lot of issues later) P.S , the couch was given to a needy friend who made it work, the wrong parts were very similar that unless you pay close attention you wouldnât tell. Everything worked out at the end and a great friend received a decent couch out of it.These days service is often a thing of the past. This company proved customer service is still the alive and the king. Months later Iâm taking the time to review them and have a great experience in a bad situation.

It was really easy to put together. I did it by myself in an hour. Couch looks great, and is a perfect mixture of not too firm, but also not too soft. Great couch for the price.

Comfortable and well built
Very comfortable, sturdy and well built. It came 3 days afterI ordered it in 6 separate boxes. It took about an hour for meto put together. Silky and soft to the touch with the velvet fabric. Ample storage in the ottomans and love that they caneasily convert to tables as well. Exceeds all expectations.5 Stars ð ð ð ð ð

Not so great.
Update: initially I know there was some marks within the cushions, And customer service said it was due to manufacturing And they were working on fixing it. They offered me a $90 refund. However, I realize that it will only be a couple months before my couches are missing huge patches due to manufacturing. And most people know ordering a couch and then having to send it back for a refund is a lot of work. So Warsaw, this couch is not made in a way that it would last for a long time. Itâs disappointing for the price.I honestly really love this couch and I didnât think that I was going to because I bought it off Amazon. I love that itâs versatile and you can put it together how youâd like. The color was perfect. The material was perfect. And Iâm excited that I could literally add pieces to it if I would like. Missing some legs for the ottoman however the seller shipped them immediately.

Amazingly beautiful
I like everything about this chair. The color, the size, the soft but firm feel. After waiting on my husband a whole month with the boxes sitting in my living , and he still did not find the time . I decided to do it myself. This chair is very straight forward when setting it up. Very easy. Easy instructions, no screws, no hammers. I recommend this chair to everyone who is looking for a beautiful chair. This worth the money.
