Quality product – recommended!
Likes: 1. Well packed in flexible foam (not that irritating hard styrofoam with tiny static-y bits that fly all over) 2. Easy to assemble using the very clear and complete enclosed directions, and a well-sorted and labeled bag of parts. Included multi-tool is all you need and the critical screws have a dab of thread lock cement already on them – ensuring tight and lasting assembly 3. The build quality of the components is quite high, parts are solid and assemble very well and the moving parts operate smoothly and solidly 4. The complete product works as advertised and is easy to fold and then move around on the rollers. It’s a little heavy to pick up, but that is a given due to the sturdy build of the parts 5. Paint and tabletop finish are smooth and nice. 6. Desktop work surface is large enough to easily accommodate a laptop plus a notebook or paperwork (see 2nd photo). Dislikes: None really. Overall, this is one of the best products we have ever found on Amazon.

Outstanding product!!
I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this Standing Desk. I put it together (instructions were very good) in about 15 minutes. Absolutely love the pneumatic height adjustment (simple squeeze of a handle as you lower/raise the top). Also love the fully angle adjustable top with another simple squeeze of a second handle). Most others I was looking at had only 1-2 tilt settings of a set15 or 20 degrees. I use this while seated on a couch with my 17″ laptop. I estimate that I use a tilt angle of about 35-40degrees which allows my arms to remain at my sides with elbows bent at the proper 90 degree to avoid wrist pain. The tilt also allows my laptop screen to be higher and more eye level so I am not looking down – which was causing neck strain. The very low profile base allows me to pull the desk closer and easily fits under my sofa which only has a low 2″ clearance. Most other products either had plastic wheels that were 3+ inches high. This cost more than other similar products I was initially looking but very glad I decided on this item and totally worth it for the quality and features. Will update if I have any issues with more use.

The uses and flexibility care quite understated!
I’m 30 days in and though I’d share how pleased with this little gem. The uses and flexibility of this guy are understated.I purchased the Height range:29.9-42.9″ in rustic brown.First, sitting in a chair working at it it is completely adjustable for any situation. The little catch at the lower edge keeps thing from sliding off onto the floor. Full adjustable range to meet any chair, sofa, etc.Second, as a standing desk, again very stable and adjustable. I use it for the computer when running my laser cutter.Third as a painting easel or drawing board. Again, I can easily adjust this and use it like a small painting easel or drafting/drawing board.Fourth, you could even use this as a podium/teaching stand or platform.Additional pros: The rustic brown top so far is quite durable and good looking. The steel construction is quite sturdy. The unit folds up in a good way – the top folds completely down (which I use a lot) to simply move out of the way. The legs fold up and the whole unit can slide into a pretty narrow space. Good handle on the back and dolly wheels to roll it with.Additional pro NOT MENTIONED in the description: The unit has leveling adjustment feet on the front legs for uneven floors (like mine!). Honestly, these really make it useable in my garage where the floor is very uneven.NOTE: If you do intend to use for drawing/painting/drafting I DO NOT recommend the rustic brown version as the surface is textured. Go for the white. I do not know if the Oak version is textured.

Sturdy little desk
I bought this to use for either standing or sitting at my sofa. The desk was easy to put together, is very stable and sturdy & the wheels help it move smoothly. The height and tilt are very easy to adjust. While flat, the desk surface doesn’t go low enough for me to be able to use while sitting on the sofa, it has to be tilted to use it. Which would be great (I have a non slip mouse pad to keep my mouse from sliding off, but the flip up lip to keep the laptop from sliding off is hard plastic, which makes it very uncomfortable to type for long periods of time. I’ll figure out an alternative for keeping the laptop from sliding without using the lip, but I wish I didn’t have to.

Expensive, but well worth it
Heavy collapsible desk that is very well built and easy to put together. It is perfect for my livingroom chair and very easy to load up with notebooks, computer, pens and drink, then push away when I need to leave the chair. It does not fit well under the reclining loveseat, but thatâs OK.

Assembly was totally trouble-free. Everything came out of the box simply. All the necessary components and various sized screws come in separate, clearly identified pouches. The instructions clearly show what’s needed at each stage of the process. There are two main metal units which ultimately join together after a few small components are added to them. The metal units – supporting column and the top tilting surface – both seem very sturdy. Holes for screws are all machined precisely so I had no problem with screwing things together – and the screws seemed strong. It took be 30-45 minutes to have it all assembled and ready to support my laptop. Raising the support to a level I was comfortable with was easy. As was tilting it to the right angle. I’ve moved it round the room without problem. I’ve worked on it for 90 minutes and it was absolutely steady. I’ve got quite a big laptop and there was plenty of room to resr a notebook, a phone and a mouse beside it – though, if the surface is sloping forward, only the laptop will be kept from sliding off. One other thing is that my wife has had absolutely no objection having this in a living room with a white fireplase which it can stand against. Obviously these are first impressions. I’m due for a couple of months of hard computer work. I’ll report back if problems emerge.
