Good and very easy to install, no drilling needed
Like it. It offers several ways to open the door, which are finger print, passcode, e-card, app and key. However, to lock the door from outside, you need the key or the app. So it is more for the people who always lock themselves out, like me, as my parents always lock me out when they decide to take a nap. It is quite helpful for us. So, overall a good buy.

This was very easy to install. The only issue I had was with the screws that came with it. They were too long to fit properly. The strange thing about that is the screws for my old lock were longer. Once I went to Home Depot and got a smaller size it worked wonderfully.I saw reviews that said you couldnât make your own code. In the app you can create custom codes. They can range from 4-9 number codes. You can also set temporarily codes. They can be set for a one time entry or for a certain time limit. Ex. You can add a code that would be accessible for a certain time frame. This would be great to use for an Airbnb.We will not be using the code option except one for 911 in case of emergency. We are only using fingerprint and key card. My husband is worried that one of the kids will give out the code to other people. You can add a lot of fingerprints. When adding codes, keycards, or fingerprints you can add the name of who it belongs to.If you get the gateway there are more functions you could use. I donât have it but thinking about getting one. You would be able to remote lock and unlock. Also, you can see/get notifications when and who locks or unlocks the door.I also like the fact that the door will lock automatically. All you have to do is set the auto lock. Itâs programmed for 5-60 seconds or you can customize how long you want.When you lock/unlock the door it can say door locked/unlocked if you turn on that feature. You can also customize the volume.If youâre looking for a smart lock this is one to get and not so expensive.

I really like this lock for my front door. The only problem I am having is it doesnât take the finger print but any other it will take. Everything was easy install and easy of use. Connectivity is pretty good. Just wish I didnât need the other box to have a better connection to the lock from my phone. It has done good performance wish.

easy to install and setup, multiple functions
We bought this to upgrade our old keypad lock that only has passcode function. Like its multiple functions and the stylish look, fit in the door hole perfectly and very sturdy.Multipale functions:- The fingerprint reader response pretty quick and accurate (95% of the time), make sure to keep your registered finger dry;- The App control is ok, experience a bit delay;- 2 key card come with the lock works great, only wish they have more colors to choose;- One time/timed code functions are pretty useful and convenient for giving friends and in-laws access to the home.Install and setup process were pretty simple and easy. I just swap out our old keypad lock with this new one and then setup via phone app with pin code, 2 key card and fingerprints for each family member all in about half hours.

Do not waste your time or money!
Please take it from me, do not order this product. The locks do not work after 6 months. The app has major bugs and defects. Itâs a Chinese based company and they will not answer the phone and only provide scripted email support.

Great Value
Great value and easy to install! Took about 20 mins total from install to app setup and working. We like having a smart lock on our doors in case we are ever locked out. This lock works with 1) the app, 2) keypad, 3) finger print. Feels very strong and capable for most uses.

Exceeded my expectations
I set this to automatically lock after 30 seconds. My wife loves the fact that she doesn’t have to worry about me accidentally leaving the front door unlocked. And I can walk around the outside of the house doing yardwork and chores and go in the front door now anytime w/o a key in my pocket. Furthermore, we can set a temp code up for the housekeeper so we don’t have to be home to let them in. I should have bought this years ago!

Very good except for the fingerprint reader
I have found this product to work well my only gripe is the fingerprint sensor. It does not seem to be 100% but then again I find that with a lot of fingerprint sensors even ones on high end laptops so itâs something I would not rely on to get into my house.
