We have a high quality mattress, but we had sags that were so uncomfortable. So I decided to start with a new foundation before investing in a new mattress. And now a miracle has happened! Our mattress is like a brand new one, on top of your wood frame! Glory to God! No sags whatsoever!â¤ï¸You wont regret buying this wooden frame! I wood give this 10 stars if I could, for Form, Fit, Function, Beauty, Strength and Packaging!Some notes:1). Purchased KING size on Wednesday, Received on Friday, wow!2). The box was in mint condition, good sturdy CLEAN cardboard box, no dents! And everything inside the box was perfectly packaged!3). We are in our late 60s, we were able to carry the box into our front hallway (slowly LOL).4). My husband cannot stoop or bend over, so I was left on my own to get this up to the second floor and assemble it. No problem!5). Cut the tape across the full length and the sides. Open the box.6). I made multiple trips upstairs with the parts, and set them out on the carpet.7). Each piece of hardware comes in its own bag, and the bag is alphabetically labeled to match the assembly drawings. I organized the bags on the floor alphabetically.8). The assembly booklet drawings were easy to follow.Tip for Step 1: screw A should be fully screwed in.Tip for Step 2: nut B should be installed with the flange side to part C. Hand tight nut B until you have all four corners done. Then tighten nut B with the wrench provided. Note: you will not be able to tighten nut B, after step 5, so do it at step 2.Tip for Step 5, this was the hardest part for me doing this alone, was to flip the king frame upside down for step 5. You want to make sure to only hold onto the strong outer frame and not grab the inner supporting bars!Tip for Step 7, Many of the pre drilled holes in the support shelf slats, had pieces of wood debris in them. You want to remove that debris. Make sure that you select the side that has the recessed hole that fits the screw head inside. I placed the screw into the slat hole, and blew off any debris that fell onto the shelf so that the slat would sit flush on the shelf. I slowly slid the slat left to right until the tip of the screw found the hole on the shelf. Then I screwed it down until the head was in the recessed hole. Then repeat for the other side. Then tighten both sides down. You should not be able to feel the screw head once its tightened down! This will prevent damage to your mattress. Although a screw driver is provided, I found it tough to use at my age, I needed one with a larger handle. Just an FYI for the older folk. I could have used my drill, but i didnt want to drive the screw into crooked. I like going slow and straight with a screw driver.I am beyond happy that I chose this frame!Thank you NELYEâ¤ï¸Iâll post photos soonð

Sturdy, high quality platform bed
I didnât know what to expect when I bought this bed but I am very pleased with the quality. The wood is a very pretty light honey color and you can see a little bit of the grain. It was very simple to assemble, with one extra of each type of nut or screw and the necessary tools included. When it comes to the last step of attaching the slats to the frame I did get the electric drill out to speed things up. There is good clearance under the bed for storage but if you donât use a bed skirt you will definitely see whatâs under the bed. There is no creaking or any other noise when turning over in bed. Iâve had to slide the bed out a couple of times to attach a wall mounted headboard and the bed and supports did not feel at all flimsy while pulling and pushing it around. Two things to consider- the width of the king is actually 78â not 76â like the description says, so I do have an inch on either side where the frame sticks out more than the mattress. The other thing is that the mattress sits purely on top of the platform and there is nothing to keep it from sliding across the frame. In the two weeks Iâve had it, this hasnât been a problem I think because my Tempurpedic is so heavy but a lighter weight mattress may slide a little. Maybe some Velcro strips on both the frame and the bottom of the mattress would help but I did select this frame for that clean minimalistic look. Overall, it is high quality and a great price.

The twin-size frame was pretty easy for one person to assemble. It took me an hour and a half from the moment it was delivered until it was completed. The instructions and all the necessary hardware were included, in fact there were extras of all the hardware.The instructions were mostly very clear. There was just one thing that was a little confusing: In step 3 they say, “Place the curved side of the triangular metal piece downwards.” I could not see or feel any difference between the two sides of the triangular metal pieces (of which there are four, and which connect the legs to the frame, and also reinforce the frame). So I don’t think it makes any difference. Props to them for using the word “hypotenuse” to explain how to orient the metal pieces with the legs.It looks great. I like the understated design. It looks like a quality product (i.e., it doesn’t look cheap).The clearance between my carpet and the underside of the frame is 11.5 inches. Probably a bit more if it’s on a bare floor. The length of the frame is about 2 inches longer than my current (normal-length) twin mattress, which seems pretty good, considering that many other frames are advertised as being much longer than this one. The frame is just a tiny bit wider than the mattress, i.e., just right.So far it seems pretty sturdy and stable. Will update this review if anything bad happens.

Well made and sturdy bedframe. Easy to assemble with minimal tools.Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is that the provided wrench did not work to tighten the nuts. I needed to use a wrench from my toolbox.

Excellent Quality, Good Value, Easy to Assemble
The product arrived in a timely manner with all the pieces intact and no damages. In fact it came with some extra hardware and all the tools necessary for assembly and a pair of white gloves. I did use an electric drill just to make it quicker to put in the cross slats, but that wasn’t required. Overall I would say the assembly was intuitive, and the diagrams were easy to follow.The finished platform seems very solid; has not made any noise; the finish is better quality than I expected.Very happy with the product and result.
