My husband loves it.
My husband had a small espresso machine and liked it but rarely used it because it didnât give him the results he wanted and felt it was a hassle to use. I know how much he misses being able to make them, even if it didnât produce exactly what he wanted. This came across my feed and when I showed it to him, he said, âOoooooooooo!â Then he said, âI donât need it.â Then as I walked away he said, âCan I look at the info?â Then after some more ooooos and ahhhhhhs, he said, âYeah, I think I need it.â Lol. Hereâs what he says about it. Itâs easy to use, turns out a good espresso and likes that you can make more than one espresso at a time. Itâs beautiful and looks great on our coffee bar with our Keurig. The stainless steel with the black is stunning. We have church in our home and everyone already loves the Keurig, but then we got this and itâs a whole new level. He says the temperature of the coffee is extremely hot. The taste he gets depends on the beans he uses so heâs going to experiment with different beans in the future. He also said itâs easy to clean, which he does immediately after he makes his espresso. Here are the two reasons it isnât getting a 5 star rating from him. 1. The beans donât grind all the way. He has to stop it and push the unground beans down so they all get ground. This is an inconvenience. For the price of the machine, you wouldnât think this would be an issue. 2. The tool box doesnât hold all of the tools and he finds that that frustrating. Overall heâs pleased with it. It functions well and, although itâs expensive, my husband is happy and thatâs what counts. I donât use it because I donât like coffee of any kind. I love the smell, just not the taste. ð¬

Initially, i was so attracted by its pretty and high-end look (im very picky about the look, i dont like black plastic ones, I like this complete stainless steel look), but the quality exceeded my expectation! The fast heat-up time is impressive and the espresso flavor it delivers is simply amazing. The milk frother worked like a charm. This machine does a fantastic job grinding and frothing; this is much more cost-efficient than buying coffee from the coffee shop, it actually makes more customized and coffee in my opinion. On a side note, I recommend using fresh beans and roast yourself. The best bean we’ve found so far is the Colombian Huila. I absolutely love this machine!

Making good espresso is not as easy as implied
I’m still working to dial this in and produce good espresso. The reviews that imply that this is easy are wrong. Good espresso depends on the dose, grind, tamp pressure, steam pressure and extraction time. All of these need to be just right to get a good ‘pull’ Sadly this machine does not have the advertised pressure gauge which makes getting everything right a matter of making small changes until everything is dialed in. I’ve wasted a lot of expensive coffee in this process.Cons:- Does not have a built-in pressure gauge as advertisedPros:- Heats up very quickly- The grinder seems to produce consistent grounds

Followed all instructions and watched videos, when all lights are white, when selecting single our double button, no expresso comes out.Update: they are sending a full replacement.
