Amazing Set of Knives
This is the most luxurious set of knives I have ever owned! It came in a single box, and inside are two boxes that contains the holder and the all the knives so these are very well protected. This set comes is with 15 Pieces of Knife as a Set. Includes 6 steak knives, 5 chef knives, 1 kitchen scissor, 1 peeler, 1 knife sharpener, and a wooden storage block. All of these can be placed in the storage box and you can see them all nicely displayed thru the acrylic “windows”.I do not recommend this being placed in an area where it can easily be splashed by water, just because I am afraid the wood will get bloated as time pass by, so I have it placed a little bit far away from the kitchen sink. It is very lovely to look at and the color scheme (black/brown/stainless) can easily complement any kitchen theme, be it modern, or contemporary or even country-style.This set also comes with a tip protector, to keep it safe. The knives I used are sharp enough for me, I used the peeler as well and it worked well on several veggies I tried it with (potatoes, carrots) and some fruits as well (apples and oranges). The knives are easy to grip, during my limited usage, it didn’t slip whether it was wet or dry.I wish the acrylic is a glass, but I already knew it’s plastic and it is probably because glass is expensive and cheaper one can break easily, which leads to my minor complain: the storage is also very easy to topple over. I plan to buy a wooden platform wide enough to get it permanently attached to make it more stable. I am still torn whether to remove a star or not, because for the price, I feel like this could have been addressed better. For now, the set is staying really close to the wall to avoid toppling it over. Knife set with stand
This is a decent kitchen knife set. A bit on the thin side as far as blade material, but it does ok. We’ve used it for cutting poultry, meat, pork and fish. Both cooked and uncooked. They were fairly sharp from the get go, but were much better after a good sharpening. The set comes with a steak knives and other cutting knives along with some basic kitchen shears, peeler and sharpener. The included stand looks and functions good with all the knives. They sit stay well in the stand itself and takes up little space on the countertop. Have to see how well they keep a good edge. One negative is they aren’t dishwasher safe.

The ideal knife set for any homemaker on a budget
Iâm a knife snob. I would normally pay the price of this entire set for one knife.With that said, I must also say that this set is surprisingly good for the price. I would highly recommend it for anyone on a budget who is just beginning to set up their kitchen, or for someone who has always wanted, but doesnât have, the basics and canât afford to spend a lot of money. In fact, Iâm going to swallow my knife snobbery here and say I just might find myself choosing to use these knives regularly.This set includes the knives you would be most likely to use, along with some basic scissors and a peeler (also essentials in any kitchen). The scissors are identical to a relatively inexpensive pair Iâve had and used frequently for several years with no issues. The clean and simple lines complement any decor. My favorite feature of this set is that you can readily see what knife youâre reaching for without pulling it out of its holder, and it really doesnât take up much space on the counter.
