Practical and Useful
We recently purchased a Koolmore drawer microwave for our home. We have this microwave in our bar instead of the table top or mounted within the elevated cabinets. It is very practical and provides space savings. The microwave is high quality and ergonomically designed. We love it, our friends and family loves it, many are intrigued by the design and were not aware of the availability. Great appliance and would highly recommend!

Nice Microwave
Buttons are easy to push. Easy to use. I’m happy with it so far. (1 month) I just don’t like the popcorn button only pops half of the popcorn in a popcorn maker, if I cook it longer it burns the popcorn. It pops the microwave bag popcorn fine. Popcorn tastes a little stale compared to my last microwave. ? The sharp microwave cooks the popcorn perfectly, but the buttons became a little harder to press and were smaller.

Nice, sleek look and works well
The KoolMore drawer microwave was perfect for my space. I used it in a newly remodeled bar in our downstairs. It looks great, very modern and sleek. In addition, it works well and would definitely purchase again or recommend to family and friends.

Ours started to spark after about 6 months of use
At first when we got this installed in our new kitchen it was working great. That was July of 2024. However, in December 2024 it started to spark inside along the right back wheel and cause some burns. Iâve tried to cover it with a microwave paint but still it sparks with use. I think there is an exposed metal along the wheel itself or it hasnât been insulated properly but alas we can no longer use it and since it was a custom made cabinet we are stuck with getting the same one.

My new microwave/convection oven came exactly as advertised. It needed to fit exact specifications, product measurements were accurate. So far it has been easy and intuitive to use as well. My kids were able to use it right away without needing any guidance. Very happy with the purchase.

So far so good. Not difficult to install and looks nice, but Iâve had less than a day so little time to check it out. I expect it will work fine and add a follow up post if it doesnât. I am including a pic of the install instructions because it contains measurements that seem otherwise hard to find when shopping for built-in microwaves.
