Love my Lagostina!
In addition to the information in the video which describes this set as a good quality, lifetime type of set, I did want to add that since I made the video, I have used the small pot and it worked great. I have run the whole set through the dishwasher and they all came out sparkling clean. The small pot did have a sharp edge on it. These pots and pans do not have *rolled* edges like some stainless steel sets. The rest of the pieces were smooth. It was just the small pot that had a sharp edge. My husband managed to smooth it off so we are keeping the set because I like it so much. Clean up is a breeze for these pots and pans and I love the glass lids so you can turn the heat down before boil over!! The handles DO stay nice and cool, but you will need a pot holder for the lid handle – it gets as hot as the pot. The heat is very even and I was surprised at how quickly my food was ready without ever going higher than medium setting on my stove burner. A set I will enjoy for a lifetime, I’m sure.UPDATE: I have cooked several meals in various of the pots and pans now so wanted to update and add a picture about sticking and cleaning up. The picture of the dirty pan is where I fried ground beef. Not a lot of stick but seemed to be some. The second picture is how it came out of the dishwasher. Most of the set have been washed a few times now in the dishwasher, and of course, the initial wash of the whole set. They come out sparkling clean and not spotted. I do have some Bar Keepers Friend though, should i need it. Still give this set a 5 star rating.

The Real Steel Deal
Gotta tell ya, these pots and pans are excellent. Absolutely no problems although the chrome exterior will stain if you let the wrong things sit on it for too long. I’m thinking lemon juice or acidic stuff. I use these on an induction range, so they work perfectly. Overall, these can NOT be beat for the price, and I shopped around a LOT before purchasing. Just buy them.

We’ve had these for almost 3 years now and they have really held up well. Incredible quality! They are the best pots and pans I’ve ever owned and am very pleased with my purchase.There is a tip about using stainless steel pans to avoid anything sticking or scorching – add a little oil and salt to the pan and heat it. Then, use as normal and everything slides right off.

Stainless Steel Version is Fantastic
Great quality and value. A little less heavy than some others so perfect if your stove range is not like super heavy duty. A lot of people on here complaining about the copper clad version they bought to display in their fancy kitchens ha ha, keep up the negative reviews it helps keep the price lower. I keep a little magnet around to cover the lid vents when I want more steam inside. I see these lasting a lifetime. Make sure to get a lid rack or you will lose your mind trying to keep these lids organized in your cabinet. Pick up a rack for the lids!

I was afraid of buying this set because of the low qualifications and reviews. However Iâve been using for a month or so and I am completely happy . Specially investment vs benefit. Set is beautiful , easy to clean if you use a powder detergent (powder Ajax or so) to erase white dots remaining after Cooking. Definitely not a non stick product. Perfect for Cooking / boiling/ steam/ oven/ etc. To fry eggs or Making perfect pancakes, youâll need a non stick pan aside.

Everything you cook sticks to the bottom. One use of the set and you’re done. It’s impossible to scour and scrub the food off the bottom… I bought this as a gift for my daughter and am so mortified.

Beautifully made and easy to use
I’m in love with this set! No hot spots and if you follow the cooking instructions nothing will stick unless you leave the food unattended. Don’t worry if you use it once and they look stained and damaged because it can be clean with a bit of Bar keepers friend and they will look new again.I did noticed some spots on the metal, that dont go away, after the second use but for the price I don’t mind. My mother has the cuisinart try-ply set, which was way expensive and with less pieces, and has the same “spot” problem. I believe that it has to do with the high concentration of minerals in our home.Other thing that I’m noticing is that the lids tend to do a clacking sound when cooking. I know that glass expands when heated and I hope it’s a temporary thing. Other than that they are a great purchase!

I really love my decision to go with the Lagostina brand pot set. I had done weeks of reading forums, watching YouTube and deciding between brands and types of pots and decided for this one. Almost a year and a half later they are still wonderful and holding up. I used to only use nonstick so I was nervous about stainless steel but they work great! Very resilient. I also recommend getting glass tops as you can see inside without taking the lid off.

Please do not listen to the reviews made by people who do not know how to cook or clean stainless cookware. Watch a couple videos on YouTube and you won’t have any problems. This is a good quality 3ply set that will last a lifetime.

There is no comparison to Langostina! I had a couple of pots and finally ‘Santa’ gifted me a full set of these extraordinary pots & pans that cook without burning your food even at high heat. They are a dream to clean them! If you don’t have Langostina, definitely consider a set like this one to have in your kitchen.

Really happy with the overall look and quality of the pans. Packaged nicely and really feel solid. I also love the weight, handles and measurements on the inside of the pans.My only complaint is regarding the glass lids. They’re beautiful and function well, but the seal between the metal and the glass isn’t tight enough and allows water in. The water gets trapped inside making it impossible to clean or dry. It’s a really dumb design flaw or production error that could have been corrected with a little more oversight and attention to detail.Otherwise they’re great.
