Good Light Output, Decent Air Flow
This fan blows cold air!With that said, this fan is easy to setup. I was able to connect it in a few minutes after removing my old light fixture.I was impressed by the light output; it really can brighten up my room. The light seems to let you choose between 3 different color temperatures. The remote seems sturdy and seems to send out Bluetooth commands to the fan.There is an app for the fan, which I did not use. I however was able to program an ESP32 to work with the FanSmart Pro v3 profile and connected it with HomeAssistant. The only negative with the HomeAssistant setup is that the communication is mostly One Way, so if you make a change with the remote, HomeAssistant is not aware.This made the fan AMAZING for me to be able to fully control it with my standard home automation setup.

Easy installation. Quality feels good. And the fan blade easy to remove like a regular stand fan. Lights is bright and do blow just a straight down direction. Reason for 4 stars is fan is small. Should be a good fit

This is a game changer for the ceiling fan fixtures. Why? This fixture is flush compared to the traditional fans which required a tall enough ceiling and wingspan area for the blades to spin – this unit only drops about 6 inches — there is now more flexibility to install a fan in rooms with low ceilings (which is why I ordered this).Not only that, as a lighting solution, this light has very thorough and consistent light coverage. The fan is quieter than freestanding box fans and traditional ceiling fans. At the lowest level, this fan is nearly silent. The irritation I had with traditional ceiling fans is the wobble which makes the draw chain bang on the lights.The light is adjustable both in color and brightness using the remote. Changing the light color DOES make a difference to visual acuity and color rendition. The light coverage is really good because light is thrown from the outside of the donut — very little shadows. Wish it was a bit brighter but the light is a vast improvement from the previous light I had.The remote comes with a mountable cradle, to help storage and misplacement. There is also a timer function accessible with the remote. I think the layout of the buttons could be improved on the remote – however, the layout is fairly logical and self explanatory, as is. The remote could have been built slightly sturdier. Donât lose the remote since thereâs no way to control the fan without it.Be sure to tighten the screws to the hanging bracket to prevent any unnecessary accidents. There is a nice touch of a hanging chain to help hold the light during installation. Installation was easy and took only about 15 minutes to replace an existing light fixture.The current pricing on this unit is absurdly lower than competitor products. Not sure if it is a temporary âcloseoutâ price or setting new lows â I recommend grabbing some while the âgittinâ is goodâ.If over long term use, my feelings change about this product, I will update this review. Works well, easy installation
Installation was pretty basic, but the unit is very light, so it was easier to mount overhead. The light & fan both function well. I like the function to change the shade of white, so you can change it from very bright to a more subtle softer white. I love that it fastens tightly to the ceiling. I had a similar fan that just had a slight twist on, and any slight bump (it’s in a kids room, so toys ect) and it would fall off the ceiling. This one has a solid ceiling mount, and the until screws tightly into the mount. Great alternative to the standard ceiling fan with open blades!

Low profile setup
I wanted to replace our usual low hanging 48″ 4 light fan with something in a low profile. This worked the exact way I was hoping for the size. The lights shine very bright when needed and are dimmable. The fan is quiet and pushes a good amount of air for its size. Overall I am satisfied with this light/fan. The construction is good and hopefully it will last for years to come. One very good thing is how easy it is to clean. I can recommend this.

Great fan, moves a lot of air and the light is also nice and bright.
This ceiling fan was easy to install, if replacing a fan, it will mount right up. If placing where a light was, all the hardware is included for the installation.We have very low, 7.5 foot ceilings in our bedroom, so we were always ducking the ceiling fan.This fan fits pretty tight to the ceiling and the blades are centered within the light ring, so it feels and looks much safer and fit for the room.It moves plenty of air and has a remote, which is great especially for a bedroom light/fan.So far, we love it.

Metal frame, looks, feels good.
This is my third time looking at a device like this. The first one had a metal frame, this one does too. In fact this one and the first one are very similar except for the blades and probably the weight. The second unit had a plastic frame and I was willing to look past that but it has a bad case of the wobbles at most speeds.After mounting this I wanted to see if I had bad luck again and this one wobbled to the point the light wobbles and I didn’t want to use it. No! It does shake a little while going to speed 2 but no where else. It seems to balance out and it’s never to where it shakes the light.I was a little bit sour when I found that the diameter of the light is the same as the other which claimed to be 20″ as a fan, but this one claims less. The blades are shorter, and only the light is 20″ on both. This fan has 7 blades compared to the other’s 5 blades. I think I feel the same amount of air but possibly feel it further away horizontally!The fan when powered off will remember everything about the light, temp, and warmth but will always turn back on and the fan will be off. Unlike the larger one, it doesn’t beep.I’m a bit hesitant about trying the app but the remote works well and it has a bracket holder that can be mounted..
