Radar light bulb
This isnât really radar, but the light does come on when it senses movement when itâs dark. Iâm using it in my garage, in an overhead light. It works perfectly. The light on my garage door opener quit working, even with new bulbs, so instead of replacing that whole unit, which works perfectly except for the ligh, Iâm using this bulb. Great fix, soft relatively little money.

Very good quality, and very bright when on. The one problem I’m experiencing is that when I open my front door, the light comes on which great. But when coming up the walkway, it takes forever for it to recognize a person.

I really like that I only need to put the bulb in and the rest is magic. I have to leave the globe off that covers the light because the bulb cannot detect motion with the globe on. I wish that I had found this sooner. I also like that I got the 2 bulb package for future use.

Only function if mounted horizontally.
The sensor of the bulb is at the top and only responds to movement directly above it. If mounted vertically on a table lamp it does not work at all. Would work if screwed into a wall socket.

I tried two other bulbs that claimed to do what this one does…and they didn’t work. So, I wasn’t that positive that this one was going to work. It did!!!

The light bulbs work better than I had hoped.
I needed something that was fairly cheap and without any extra hook ups or small solar panels to put up. I had tried a different brand of motion detection which was a light socket but it didn’t work as well as this light bulb. All you have to do is remove the bulb in the fixture and put the new bulb in and that’s all.

They turn themselves off and stay off
The motion detection on these is good. Unfortunately they seem to stay on for a certain period of time and then turn off *and stay off*. My previous one stayed on as long as they sensed motion and turned back on again immediately if you started moving again. This one stays off for an extended period of time which can be frustrating.

No lo recomiendo para una cochera o un área grande, el sensor es muy malo, practicamente tienes que estar debajo del foco para que detecte el movimiento y si pasas rapido por debajo no te detecta tienes que quedarte abajo unos segundos y estarte moviendo para que te detecte, por lo que como luz de “seguridad” para la entrada de una casa o un lugar donde desees que el foco se encienda cuando detecte movimiento, no es recomendable, aparte la luz es amarilla y es muy molesta no es luz blanca como dice la publicacion.

No funcionan bien, no los devolvà porque dos están bien. Pero asà salen el doble de precio. No los recomiendo.
