Awesome Chair
Bought for my 88 year old mother. Assembling was so easy and well made including all metal frame. The sides and back slid right into the base with metal guides, then locked in. All the wired connections including remotes were easy to access, plugged together then housings twisted to lock. We are very impressed with ease of assembly and quality. My mother loves the comfort, fabric, lift function, head cushion that doesnât push her head forward causing neck pain and the heat and massage functions. She says the heat & massaging has helped her back pain already. The HOME button on remote is wonderful to return recliner to regular position with one button. Shipping was in 2 boxes and was received in less than a week. If it holds up we may have found the perfect chairâ£ï¸

Great overall experience
We were very hesitant to purchase a recliner through Amazon, sight unseen. We were subjected to many negative comments and people reacting in disbelief.Our reasoning for this purchase was mainly fueled by the fact that my husband is terminally ill and can not shop for anything, let alone a recliner, and since the chair was for him, we decided this was the best way to go.We could not be happier with this entire experience! Delivery was on time, and packaging was top of the line! Our daughter assembled the chair with little issue, and it is not only comfortable and of fine quality, but everything works as it should ! would we purchase it again? Most assuredly!

Great Chair
The fabric on this chair is very soft, the cushioning is above average, but the color was Way Off (this is the only reason so far for the 4 star review) I ordered the blue which showed as a royal blue, but it is a deep navy almost black color. Assembly was easy, (my hubby is very handy with this) I ordered the medium-wide size, I’m 5’3″ and it fits me very well. All the electronics work as they should. I do notice a small side movement when using the lift at the very beginning, but then it becomes smooth all the way up. I have arthritis in my lower back and this will really help on days that it flares up. I’m also looking at knee replacement and this will allow me to take care of myself sooner with less help getting out of a chair. This is a very large chair and needs enough clearance to get to the Zero Gravity setting. But with an open floor design I do have room for it. I like the footrest extension and find this chair to be so very comfortable, it is well worth the price with the options that it provides. The only downside of this chair is the color, but I can change that with the simple addition of a throw blanket or cover. I had shopped around at local furniture stores and none offered the Zero Gravity (which I really wanted), they cost thousands of dollars so I was a bit nervous that this was so affordable, but this chair has all the bells and whistles and is Very Affordable. I purchased the extended warranty so I don’t have any worries for the next 2 years as far as the motors go. This is well worth the money and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Overall a great chair!
Let me start by saying Iâve had numerous spine surgeries, multiple broken bones, and pretty much live in constant pain. There are times when the only hope for any sleep is in my chair. I looked at many chairs, studied reviews, etc. and decided to order this one. It just came yesterday but I must say Iâm very happy with it.Pros: perfect size for me as a 5â4â woman, the chair is very comfortable, the seat and back is perfect – not too firm and not too soft, the fabric is beautiful, it adjusts easily to a variety of comfortable positions, the shorter armrests are nice because I can use them to grip when I donât need to use the lift option (my motto is to do as much as you can for as long as you can!) the usb ports are great eliminating the need to twist and grope around looking for the electrical outlet, this chair requires only one electrical plug and not two like many others do, the extra few inches of concealed foot rest really provide good support for your feet and is helpful when tucking in my lap blanket so my feet donât get cold.Cons: the heat option could be warmer and it would be nice if it could warm my shoulders too. Really no big deal and I do have a small shawl like heating pad I can use for that area if I need it. Also, should a power outage occur while fully reclined, it would be a struggle to get out of the chair. Since Iâve never encountered that situation in decades Iâm not worried about it but some may be.Overall, this chair is amazing and so much better than the lift chair I purchased for twice the price that hurts my back to sit in because itâs so darn hard! That chair has languished in my garage for about 10 years.Buy the chair! I think youâll be very happy with it too!

Heavy but easy to assemble
I sleep in my recliner, so comfort is importantly to me. This chair is comfortable! I do need to use a small pillow for neck and head support. The massage feature is great. Puts me to sleep. Havenât tried the heat feature yet. The cup holders are a plus. You need some room for this chair. I do not recline as far as the chair will permit, so I donât have to position the chair as far from the wall as would otherwise be required. This is a solid, well built chair, that easily holds my 295 lbs. The controls are simple and easy to use. One word of cautionâthis chair is heavy. Youâll need two people to get the three boxes inside the house. I definitely recommend this chair.

Well, after weeks of trying to choose this kind of Recliner here on amazon, i came to the conclusion in this one. And no complains from me, it’s comfortable and looks good too. I just wish all the electronic, and motors last for a good long time. Chair meets my expectations Easy to assemble. One issue was the delivery. Both boxes left in front of garage. One I could see the other delivered different day I could not see only knew it was there when I was going out. We had to carry up to the porch. They did not even ring the door bell

Purchased two medium-regular dark grey dual motor lift chairs.Researched lift chairs in stores and on-line. These chairs are very competitively priced. They arrived within projected time. Very straight forward to assemble with easy clear instructions.Encountered one problem with one chair due to defective massage/heat remote that did not work. Contacted customer service via email and phone and received a prompt response via email later the same day. Customer service apologized and offered to send a replacement as soon as possible. They also contacted me by phone to confirm their response. The remote shipped the next day and customer service followed up via email noting tracking number and prompt delivery date. Excellent customer service response! Replacement received as promised.Chair works as intended and is comfortable for my 5â8â, 290 lb. frame. The lift function is helpful. I also like the dual motors, so the back rest and footrest work separately. This provides more flexibility in setting my incline position. My wife loves the massage/heat function and finds it helps with her lumbar back pain.5/5 rating. Even though one remote was defective, their customer service response was excellent. I would recommend and purchase from MCombo again.
