A thousand dollar purchase sight unseen, looked at many choices and reviewed features.The chair arrived early today, ahead of schedule.Unboxing was relatively straightforward and simple.Assembly was easy if you followed the directions.All functions worked perfectly, nice controls with lighted buttons.Easy to use.Materials seem good quality, fabric is attractive.Very comfy and nicely padded, footrest extension is a plus for taller people.Looks like it should last but be smart and buy the extended warranty as repairs and shipping might be costly if required.I would recommend this to anyone who needs and wants one.

This chair is a game changer. For one who struggles to stand up from a comfortable, seating position, this recliner makes standing so much easier.The massage and heating features are definitely a bonus.It seems sturdy, and it feels comfortable to sit in.It does seem to want to slide back on the floor, so we laid a piece of plywood on the floor behind it to ensure it will not slid back and also ensures there’s enough space between the wall and the back of the chair so that it can lay all the way back without hitting the wall. We have a wood floor though, so sliding furniture is a thing for us. It wouldn’t slide on carpet.This is our first lift chair, so I don’t really have anything to compare it to. In addition, we just got it, so I can’t speak for how well it will hold up over time, but so far it has been both a welcome and much needed addition to our livingroom. We’re grateful to have it.

Pros: This chair is great! The quality is very good and comparable to chairs that are twice the price. It adjusts to many comfortable positions, I am very glad I got the adjustable head rest. It is very easy to assemble. It is reasonable to handle by one healthy male or two older people. It is very comfortable. It is well worth the money.Cons: The heating elements are small and get too hot. There is one on your lower back and one on you butt. There needs to be one on your upper back and one or two on your legs/feet. The temperature alse needs to be adjustable so you don’t have to keep turning it on and off. Also, the vibration feature magnitude doesn’t seem to be too adjustable but at least it covers from your feet to your upper back.

Wow! Had good expectations, but this chair turned out fantastic. Perfect size, very easy put together, excellent features and controls. The best bonus was it arrived four days earlier than expected. Just ordered a second one. I am having major surgery in a week and my husband having major surgery in 2 months. These are just what we need. Such a fair price and made in the U S A!

Great Value
Chair is exactly as advertised. Large and comfortable. Vibrates, heats and three separate motors to get in the perfect position. We do not need the lift feature but the chair has everything else we were interested in. The price was At least 1500$ dollars less than comparable chairs (of which there were few). Time will tell, of course, but very happy with what we have at this point. Assembly was easy with one self created glitch. I made a call to customer service and was somewhat dismissed and told to send pics and or video to an email link I was texted. I was a little angry about the brush off but went ahead and sent the information. Soon thereafter I resolved my issue and completed the set up. Again, very easy (would have been a bit easier with another person, this is a BIG CHAIR, if only to help unbox). I did receive an email reply with helpful instructions which I no longer needed. I was relieved the response did come. The chair is big, sturdy, looks great and is very comfortable. I believe this is an incredible value for what I received. Highly recommend and hope others have similar success.

Great Chairs
Love these chairs, only had them a week, but they are a lifesaver. The heat, vibration, on my back, helps with the pain, and muscle aches. Love how the headrest adjusts my head, as I can’t have my head back in a chair, because of the curvature of my spine. The lift is so helpful, makes it so easy to just stand up. I was only going to buy one, for my 86 year old husband, who fell , broke his tibia, tore his missus, and. Tore his ACL he needs surgery to have his knee completely replaced. So for the long haul, I thought he would need this chair. My son told me to order two…I said no oooo! But then thought about it, and so happy I did. My son had the chairs together in about 1/2 hour. That’s two chairs. The chairs are a little firm, but doesn’t take long to fit right in love the cupholder love how the remotes don’t fall to the ground. The material is nice and soft. I ordered two blue chairs, they look great in my room.

my husband loves it! he says extremely comfortable being a bigger man. He enjoys the fact that it’s larger The ability to control the headrest is a game changer. The only reason I did not give it five stars is my husband is 6’3 and his feet still hang off the bottom when the chair is reclined. it seems to be well made. It was easy to assemble would definitely buy again. I don’t think the massage feature will get much use, but the heat is very nice. I wish it had more settings for the heat. But Love the chair

Great chair. I needed this chair with a left to make it easier to stand up after surgery on my broken foot. Chair arrived fast was very easy to assemble. It is very plush and very supportive. At 6 ft, the chair is perfect supportive of my entire leg and foot when reclined. Chair super comfortable for sleeping in all night. The lift mechanism and motor is smooth and quiet. Awesome chair! This is perfect for my dad at 5’11”. Lots of support and very comfortable. The triple motor is the way to go. You can get zero gravity for swollen ankles but tilt the head up. Customer service, top notch! They were very helpful and easy to deal with. I would argue that this chair may be more comfortable than my Lazy Boy.
