Important Notes
- Always follow proper microwave heating instructions to avoid overheating or damage to the pad.
- Do not microwave if the outer fabric shows signs of wear, holes, or loose stitching.
- For cold therapy, freeze the pad for approximately 4 hours until fully chilled before application.
- Some users note variations in heat retention, scent (or lack thereof), build quality, and overall value—so results may differ based on individual usage patterns and expectations.
- Not recommended for use by children or pets unsupervised, due to small filling components if the outer layer is compromised.
- The product does not include instructions; users should exercise caution and consult standard safety practices for heating pads.

Price Size Heating Ability 5 ððððð
Really big you wonât be disappointed there. Heavy, made to fit your whole back including shoulders neck and front of shoulders as well. Gets pretty hot, I love a lot of heat when I need my muscles to relax and feel better. Actually had to turn it down because it got too hot for me. That was shocking, usually heat pads in the past have never gotten hot enough so I would eventually think too much trouble for lack of heating. For the price ample size and higher heat ability itâs a 5 star item. Thank you for meeting my needs.

great value
Love the softness, holds the heat well and I’ve been very pleased with it. I reduced by one star because of the faint odor of the contents when heated, as I’m using it for my sinuses. Not offensive just wish there wasn’t an odor at all, but I can live with it.

Works well!
It is actually a little both most and hot when warmed in microwave. I like it. Using it on my hand after tendon surgery.

SOFT
I’d prefer to give this 2.5 stars but I’ll give it 3. It’s nice and soft and the size is just fine for my use. But the main problem I have with this heat pack is that it takes a lot longer in the microwave to heat to the temperature that I like, than all my other heat packs. I don’t think I’ve ever had a heat pack that took so long to get to a certain temperature. It’s odd really. And, I have quite a few “older” heat packs. I was hoping this one would be the “one”, order a couple more, and I could then throw away some of my older heat packs. The price is great for the size but the heating time is (for me) a drawback. And finally, I’ve noticed that it will NOT hold the heat as long as my other heat packs.

Heat, small, microwaveable
I needed something small for an ear ache. This size fit perfectly along side my face jaw to ear. No cords to fool with. Nicely covered with a soft material. This can also be frozen should we need an ice pack.

In the fall of the year I got it, the beans inside heated up, caused a hole, and some fused together to make black chunks. In short, it died. Not impressed.

Great for those aches and stiffness

Would have liked to see a more of a plain cotton sleeve rather than the more satiny sleeve it comes in. Makes it a little slippery when resting your lower back on it on the chair or sofa. All in all it does the job

Really good quality, but too heavy for my injured shoulder (bursitis and rotator-cuff tear). Unfortunately I won’t be able to use it until my shoulder is better, which kind of defeats the purpose.
