Non-stick!! Great Pan!!
I’m happy with this purchase. I’ve never cooked with stainless steel. I bought a carbon steel but it warped pretty bad and I never had it on high heat. This pan I had to read up on to know how to use it. You’ll have to watch the video it instructs you to view. Eggs cook so beautifully!! And I browned some tenderloins so nicely. It heats evenly on med setting and it’s hot enough to sear at that setting. I love this pan and with proper care and education on how to use it, it’ll last for years.

Great Pan, Providing Professional Results
Fast and Easy Ordering/Delivery — The Misen 5-Ply Professional Stainless Steel Pan is one of our favorite pans to cook in, a professional pan providing professional results — We have a glass top stove, so a pan that warps easily automatically gets tossed out — This pan provides a nice evenly heat distribution giving our dinner/lunch/breakfast meals a perfect sear etc — The pan is very durable and made of substantial material, it can go from the stove to the oven without any issues — It’s easy to clean and doesn’t show any sign of wear and tear — A must have for any kitchen, we love ours..

Quality & nontoxic
Iâm trying to avoid aluminum and nonstick cookware. This stainless steel pan is not only nontoxic. It is a high quality material and worth every penny.

STELLAR PERFORMANCE and way less expensive than what is available at Williams Sonoma
Needled to replace stainless steel frying pans, but replacing with the same brand was too expensive and the brand seems to have lowered its standards. The Misen is a solid performer. I used it 4 times and each time it was a flawless cooking experience. If you are going to buy stainless steel, then take the time to learn how to use it. You will not want cast iron or carbon steel – who wants all that fuss? Not having a lid is why it isnât getting 5 stars.

This has become the Favourite Pan in our household
I know that non-stick is popular, and I get it. We always went that route, too (or cast iron, which I find to be sometimes “easy care” and other times “hard to care for” as they can rust on the bottom and leave stains). But, by gum, I have to say this is even easier to clean than regular non-stick, as I *can* use a scrubber, and as fiercely as I feel like without fear of damaging it. And, there’s no coating to wear off and get into your food. There’s no hard-earned “seasoned” patina to try and not remove and no “seasoning” to redo every so often. We can use this in the oven for certain dishes, as well. Something that you can’t do with most non-stick pans (maybe you can with the ceramic types, if the manufacturer says it’s ok).We have spent years cycling through non-stick pans. The cheaper and the more expensive ones out there. All last only so long. A year here, a couple of years there. But always needing to be replaced after what feels like a short time. During this, we have owned a set of stainless steel pots – for at least 25+ years, and never needing to replace them. So, when the most recent inevitable time to replace The Pan came, we bought this along with a carbon steel pan (the one my husband was most excited to get) and a ceramic coated pan (the one I was most excited to get). Out of the three, this is the one we both reach for, time and time again. And, as the person who does 85% of the dishwashing, I really appreciate the easy cleanup it provides (I swear, I will not try and wash that carbon steel one, as I don’t want to accidentally remove the baked-on protective layer that my husband has so lovingly built up on it). Even though we do own stainless steel pots, I hadn’t thought it would be just as easy to clean a pan (something you cook more aggressively in) as they are. Even after a burned disaster. It always looks like new after washing. Even with the worst mess, it doesn’t take a whole lot to get it clean again. The thick bottom – and I do mean thiiiiick – really helps distribute the heat evenly.Hands down, our most favourite pan. When we finally decide to add in more pans for size variances, I will be looking at getting them from this line.

Awesome Pan
Been trying to get rid of toxic kitchen items and switching to stainless steel. After a ton of research, decided to purchase this stainless steel pan. This pan is awesome, after learning how to cook with stainless steel we had have no issues with food and yes even eggs sticking to the pan. We have had this for a couple weeks now and we plan on buying more. Buy it!

12″ is good 10″ seems to have manufacturing issues
Knocked a star off because Misen warranty covers nothing essentially. Purchased 10 & 12″ frying pans from this brand. Beautiful pans, sturdy, fairly heavy. Heat up nice. Cook well. Clean up easily. What you’d expect from a decent stainless steel pan. 12″ pan has been used several times now no issues. However, the 10″ pan was used once to fry up a few quick cutlets for dinner for 2. Cooked fine. But after that one use I noticed a pit in the top layer of the cooking surface. Cleaned the pan again and attempted to buff it with barkeepers friend (manufacturer recommended) and the pit was still there. Maybe even worse. Could catch a fingernail in the pit as well as cooking tools. Seems like the top layer was cut or stretched too thin. Customer service says their limited warranty doesn’t cover abuse or misuse. This pan was used once and showed a material defect. No discoloration no heavy salt use no overheating. It wasn’t abused or misused. They didn’t care at all. Just kept reiterating that it was my problem and it would get worse but not affect the performance of the pan. Tried returning it to Amazon as used/defective for a replacement. They sent us a used replacement that was in worse condition than the original one we purchased but clearly had the same issue. Oh well. Returned it for a refund. Ordered the 10″ Made In frying pan. Hopefully that one is better because a 10″ is always my main use pan. The 12″ pan has been totally fine after many uses. Great pan.

BuenÃsima calidad. Llegó muy bien empacado y me va durar el resto de mi vida. Hay que usarla adecuadamente para que no se pegue la comida. Calentar, checar con gotas de agua que bailen y luega cocinar.

I am happy with this skillet. It preheats quickly to the rolling water droplets stage on medium heat, its handle stays cool even if the pan itself is scorching hot and stays cool for at least half an hour during high heat cooking. And with a minimal amount of fat, like 1/4 of tsp of oil or butter, it fries an egg without sticking. It is lightweight enough for comfortable handling during cooking and washing it even though it is a five-ply all clad item. Five stars well earned!

Strong and sturdy with it’s own kind of beauty. This is a very capable pan, particularly for the money. If you’re looking for a high quality pan with even heat distribution but aren’t ready to pay the high-end prices then this is hard to beat
