Works great, affordable price, auto off adds safety
Really pleased with this purchase. I had a 12 cup coffeemaker and no longer needed that size; I was making only 5 cups with that one. Decided to look for smaller one, takes up less counter space, easy to clean and saw this one, Mr. coffee brand has been around a long time . I chose the one with a clock only because this one will auto off after 2 hours. As an older person, safer to have the auto off feature just in case. It works great, so easy to clean. I make the coffee at night so itâs ready to just press the âbrew nowâ button in the morning. Didnât need the pre-program as I said, but wanted the auto off feature which is safer for anyone at any age. Makes great coffee. For the filter, I press it down snugly in the container so it fits exactly right. One thing I noticed too is after adding the water and coffee, when I close the lid, the handle that runs the hot water over the coffee grinds moves over to the correct position. This coffeemaker is very well designed, easy to use, and makes a really good cup of coffee. If you need a smaller one, this is the one to try. I highly recommend and Iâm really happy I chose this one.

Good little coffee pot
Just got my coffee pot and made my first coffee. No issues using the pot. Coffee tasted good. It was hot. I used paper filters and the water filter that came with the pot on top of the basket. I like that the coffee pot does takes little room on my counter.

A good coffeemaker; has not solved the drip conundrum
Perfect for one person; it makes two-plus good-sized mugs, and keeps it warm for two hours. I havenât timed it but Iâve never thought it took too long to brew. It does drip a little bit; I keep a towel on hand to mop up errant drops to keep the heat pad clean but itâs a small price to pay for the feature I love: a two-hour timer. Iâm very happy with this purchase.

The best for seniors.
Makes good coffee. Safer than a lot of other coffee makers with the auto shut off. Ergonomics, size and weight make this coffee maker very manageable for seniors. I’ve had this particular coffee maker before and they do last a good amount of time, and for the money it’s a good honest deal. Five stars for sure. Looks nice and makes me look nice because it’s a Mr Coffee.

My favorite coffee maker!
This is the second one Iâve bought of these small, programmable Mr.Coffee machines, and Iâm quite happy! The last was a very different design and this one very much improves upon the old design flaws. I donât drink enough coffee to have a big 12 cup, not to mention the price is significantly higher for the full size version of the programmable models. I can never get the right amount of water and coffee ground ratio when trying to make less than a full pot with those bigger ones, HATED the âname brandâ single serve coffee âpodâ machine, so I switched to this little guy here. The first (er, last?) I bought spring 2020 and served me well until I accidentally left a basket of grounds in it and it went moldy while I was in hospital for four days at the outset of 2023. I tried to clean it with vinegar, even full strength, but unfortunately the mold infiltrated the water line from the reservoir to the âdrip,â so with no way to get a straw brush into it to clean it, I had to order a new one. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this still came with the reusable filter which helps in making nice, strong coffee, and that the MSRP hadnât gone up too much since inflation hit the market hard over the last few years. This one happened to come with a charcoal âwater filter,â and that was the only negative about this. The filter doesnât seem to be replaceable since I could only find the size for the 12 cup models, not the mini size needed for this little 5cup model, and the very first time I used the coffee maker, the filter caused the reusable filter to overflow with grounds ending up in my pot, AND the filter fell apart with the paper discs that held the charcoal in place pulling out of their slot in the filter ring. Other than that, this will always be my go-to coffee maker for everyday use! Thank you Mr. Coffee!

I have never had my own coffee pot that I officially purchased. I’ve always used whoever’s, or accepted a hand-me-down, when someone else upgrades…so this was a treat for me! I tell you what… it is PERFECT! Compact, easy to set the clock and brew later time (I didn’t even need directions), and being able to wake up to freshly brewed coffee! That was a luxury I never knew I needed. 𤣠10/10 recommend.

Decent coffee maker
Iâve had Mr. Coffee coffee makers for years. I bought this one when my 4 cup Mr. Coffee finally stopped working after many years of great service. The first thing I noticed was that I have to buy my filters on Amazon because the filters you buy in the grocery store are too tall for the filter basket. I had to trim the tops off of the remaining filters I had in order to use them up. The carafe has two problems – it dribbles down the side when you pour your coffee unless you pour very slowly and I have coffee stains on the inside of the glass carafe that canât be scrubbed off with dish soap and scouring sponge. I havenât tried it yet, but I will try cleaning it with vinegar to see if that will remove the stains. The positives are that it makes a great cup of coffee and I like the auto set feature. The filters are the biggest issue for me and once this Mr. Coffee bites the dust I will probably buy a different coffee maker brand that can use store bought filters.

Nice for the size
I like the size of the maker and it does make a good cup of coffee.The only complaint I have is your info on the maker. It is Not by any means 5 cups! You have in the title it makes 5 cups but in the description It makes only 25oz capacity. That would come to just over 3 cups of coffee. You need change your title to 3 cups. It is misleading. Other than that, the coffee maker is a nice small machine for the price.

The seller is listed from UK and said item delivered from the UK however is actually delivered from USA So had to also buy and adopter.Used twice and broke. Set it up to brew in the morning woke up to only half a cup. Cleaned everything and tried again but just wouldnât work.Seller tried to get ME TO PAY to send it back to USA. however after a few emails back and forth the did issue a full refund but didnât arrange for the item to be collect so itâs now binned.

Apenas la probé el dÃa de ayer 02/05/2023 y es super fácil y practica, la compre para tenerla en la oficina justo en mi escritorio :)Voy a usarla 6 dÃas a la semana vamos a ver que tal funciona y seguiré comentando en el proceso, como dato importante el filtro de agua que es la el que se pone arriba del filtro del café, se tiene que cambiar 1 vez por mes o bien cuando cuentes 30 filtraciones, esto optimiza el uso y mantiene libre los minerales del agua al mecanismo de nuestra cafetera; espero les sirva mi comentario!! 🙂
