We like it a lot!
This is a put-it-together-youself, attractive, metal bed frame with cloth side panels. It looks good, went together well, and had all its parts. It was solid and secure when assembled. It helped to have two people to assemble.

Price/value is excellent. Iâm glad other reviewers lead me here.Sturdy, elegant, steel and wood frame that has weight bearing for a twin size. It claims 700# maximum.(If you donât shop carefully, twin beds donât hold much weight especially for an athletic teen boy; most hold a maximum of 220-250 lbs. – maybe)This frame by Nectar was simple to put together. The steel rails already have bolts already partially screwed in so all you have to do is tighten them with the (provided) Allen wrench.Handsome dark linen bumper is already snapped on and you roll out the wood slats that are set into fabric sleeves and fit precisely in 2 horizontal rolls you unfurl into place like a pie crust. Velcro sticks them exactly on the inside edge of the bed. Itâs kind of magical.Could it be that easy? Roll out a fabric roll with encased wood slats, like chefsâ knives? Yep.My son had the best nightâs sleep on this foundation and the middle supports being set into in the middle of the steel frame and not on the outside edge mean no banged up toes moving around to change sheets or climb in.No squeaks- but it was night 1.You can buy fabric-covered boxes to slide underneath for t-shirts, bulky sweatshirts, extra socks for storage. It expands the clothing storage paired with a smaller 4-drawer dresser.Hopefully thereâs not enough headroom for our cats to nest inside the boxes of clothes underneath the frame that will âjust fitâ but you know cats & their cozy hiding spotsâ¦

Manufacturer mistake poorly handled
I ordered a twin size bedframe and received a box that said it was a twin size bedframe as I am on the older side, I took everything out of the box and brought it upstairs individually. Every piece looked good. All I had to do was put it together I threw the box away, when I went to put it together, it was actually a full size. Amazon asked me to put it in bubble wrap and return it as they would not exchange the item because this mistake had been made numerous times; the weight of the items would not hold in bubble wrap and it would have cost me $50-$60 to purchase anyway so I am stuck with this bed frame that I paid over $140 for because the manufacturer who had previously known wrong sizes were being shipped out failed to make the correction, put the correct size on the outside of the box and prevent sending to consumers.

Easy to put together.
I bought this for my grandson and his fiancé along with the Nectar mattress and it was easy to put together and the instructions were simple to follow. Itâs a platform bed so it takes up minimal space. The only downside I saw was it came with screws and no washers to secure the screws more evenly. Other than that it seems very sturdy.

Bought this 10 months ago; it was straightforward to setup, following the instructions provided. Just used the Allen wrench provided with the product. All the parts are packed into the headboard, so great if you need to pack it away for a move. The materials are strong and sturdy, the bed frame is metal with wood slats for supporting my queen size mattress.Amazon delivered it to my house and into the bedroom at no charge. Great deal.

Easy to assemble.
My wife and I relocated recently. We had to refurnish. We had three bedrooms to put beds in. We bought the nectar last. If we had bought the nectar first, we would have bought 3 of them. After building 3 different bed frames, I believe it safe to say that I have context. This frame is so well engineered, packaged and thoughtfully designed. My wife and I, both in our 50s, had this together in about 40 minutes. We also took two breaks for cocktails. Trust me when I tell you⦠buy this frame. The screws all are already in. You simply have to loosen them a little and snap the frame pieces in place. There are only 8 screws which are loose in a package, and those can be put in with fingers. Easiest bed I have ever assembled. Great product.
