Lovely, stylish, and comfy enough. I purchased 6 of these for my kitchen island. I always have four at the island, and then I put the other two in our game room near the pool table. I pull the other two into the kitchen when we have parties. Everyone always congregates around the island where the food is! This gives us plenty of seating. They were easy to put together; one person can do it. I added felt protectors on the bases since I have them on my wood floor.

Nice stools & color
I had spent quite a bit of time looking at various stools for our kitchen island. I needed just two but the nice ones with a round, swivel seat and seatback were pricey and I’m not willing to pay that much until I find some that I really love. So I decided to consider this style of stool and came across these. I am partial to blues and greens and was glad to find these teal stools. In person they are bit more blue but I think they still qualify as teal. (My own photo makes them appear a little brighter than they really are.). I like the color and it’s the closest thing I found to our blue-green counters.Time will tell how they hold up but for now I’m happy to have these and it may be a long time before I feel like I really need to find swivel stools.One thing I noticed in assembling these is that the wood screws that hold the seat to the metal frame are pretty short. Makes me think that they might eventually pop loose. If so I’ll find some screws that are a little longer. For now, I’ll just see how it goes.Assembly was straightforward despite instructions that lack much detail. It’s easy enough to figure out. Each took me about 20 minutes but I was moving slowly. It may be quicker for someone else.They do have an adjustable disc on the bottom of each leg so that you can raise/lower in case of any rocking (uneven floor). That disk is hard plastic and I’d bet it will mark a floor with body weight on the stools so I ordered some felt thingys to stick on those.I’m glad to have come across these and apparently I got them on sale for about $16 less than they are now however I think they are still a good deal at the higher price ($125).

Color is more of a blue green than green
Saw these stools and wanted to buy the gray initially so there was some contrast with my island but saw the green was a lot cheaper so went for it. My island is a blue green and the color was a perfect match. They were very easy to put together. Luckily I didnât need the directions because they made nos else and were not very helpful the legs are made of metal and very sturdy. Good find!

Very nice, however no pre-drilled holes to attach seat to leg frame (minus a star). Difficult to contact seller, because Amazon shipped so Amazon has to answer. The second box arrived with the same issue no pre-drilled holes in the seat to attach. Amazon called with two solutions. Seller emailed the next day offering a return.I appreciate the contact from Amazon and the seller, but when an item is poorly manufactured my husband is not repacking my order and driving it out to a shipper. He does not allow me to do that alone…maybe if I were 5 years younger…at our age he prefers to be present and help me. If the item is not manufactured well, he is not doing that at all.I like the stools very much, but I can’t seem to assemble any seats to the leg frame without predrilled holes. It’s amazing the leg structure is so well done (no rust, no burrs and appeared to have thread support for screw inside the legs), but then the seat attachment just is questionable.The wood structure of the seat isn’t wide enough to accommodate the location of the screw hole on the plate/bracket on the top of the leg frame that would brace the screw as it is attached to the seat (minus a star and is this why the original manufacturer did not continue pre-drilling holes in his/her process?). So Amazon made some offers. Update: My husband liked these so I assembled all legs…I had no problem with the leg structure extremely straight forward and satisfactorily manufactured…the welds could be craftsman like, but are complete and sufficient and not easily seen. Later, over the weekend, we assembled the seats to the leg structure carefully and slowly. The wood screws are good, but must be installed very slowly on a slight angle because the seat structure is thin and not wide enough for the screw to be installed straight or it would split the edge of the wood. Also the plate on the leg structure that receives the screw to attach to the seat base will never slit flush against the seat…in some cases the plate is angled putting pressure on the weld and in other cases the plate remains 1/4 inch or so away from the seat also putting pressure on the weld (could be minus another star). The weld is lengthy and sufficient for standard use for jiffy rigged who knows how long it will last (Amazon dealt with this to our satisfaction).This is not a seat you can sit on for a long time…the vinyl gets hot and sweaty (could be minus another star). Attractive simple stool that should have been made better. If you are good tinkering with projects and are a moderate to lightweight human this stool is likely acceptable, but still no telling how long it will last.A thicker and wider wood structure of the seat with threaded support in pre-drilled holes in the seat would have been normal. I don’t know how long these will last. I would pay more than the advertised price for a properly made stool that will stand the test of time with a real leather seat in this exact style, but now that I have this, I’ll have to wait and observe.

I love these stools. They are the perfect height for my new bar height table. They are very comfortable. I had ordered two sets. One out of four arrived missing half the rivets, they werenât in the box so it lead me to assume they were shipped that way. The seller immediately reached out to find a solution. They offered to ship me a replacement seat, plus another one just in case anything happened and I needed it. Sure enough I did receive two replacement seats in perfect condition. So, beautiful stools and above par customer service earns this purchase 5 stars.
