I’m so pleased with this 9×12 foot lighted outdoor rug. I got it right before our Grand Canyon RV roadtrip adventure and couldn’t have been happier to see it all lit up at the last campsite of our trip! My favorite part about woven plastic material in an outside rug is that it is easily cleaned with a wet cloth, and very easy to sweep. The weave of this rug is very tight and the black and white abstract print is outstanding. The rug itself weighs 7 1/2 pounds, so it is easy enough to transport. The strip of lights that surround all four sides of the rug are covered by PVC tubes, so they are waterproof and the lights are shockproof. You simply need to plug the LED cord into an outlet.

I love the modern, geometric print of the Black & White option. The mat is a good thickness and easy to set up and, if you use follow the fold lines, is just as easy to put back into the handy storage bag. We used an extension cord with USB port in order to reach the outlet on our RV‘s exterior.

Can you leave it outside for extended period of time and if so how ling does it last

if you intend to use it in grass or dirt areas. The rug so far holds up in the direct sun, and also a lot of rain. No fading or tearing at this time.

If I leave this outside and it rains does the rain just go through?

Yes it goes thru it. This rug dries quickly

Does this get hot, like to step on with bare feet?

is there a fold line in the rug?Is it shipped folded or rolled/? wish to not have a fold line.

It comes folded in a zip bag. I laid mine out and the fold lines were gone in a day or so
