To date, we have purchased over 40 of these. Initially we bought 6 as a test run. We live in the countryside in the Pacific Northwest. Our goal was to have motion activated light at night on the pathways throughout our acreage for those times we walk outside to close in livestock and as a bit of added security for uninvited intruders. These are perfect for us. We use the #3 setting. The (very sensitive) detector activates bright light which stays on for about 15 seconds, then shuts off (saving battery). More movement sets it back off. We can now walk front to back without turning on a flashlight. And when inside, if a light goes on, we can see what set it off through the window.We were especially impressed with how quickly these recharge. It is winter here so most days are cloudly and we were worried they would not charge very quickly. But I went outside at 5a.m. and every light I walked near went on! We have a long driveway. When we pull in at night, every light sets off as we approach.The ONE downside we have encountered is that if we get a lot of wind at night w a storm, if a light is hanging near a branch or plant, the movement will set it off. Doesn’t hurt anything, but something to be aware of.Out of 47-ish lights, only one didn’t work. Penny for penny, this is worth it. Side note: we hung our lights using zip ties or nails which I recommend as opposed to the sticky tabs they include.

This two pack of solar powered lights works well. The light emitted is bright, the motion sensor is effective at a distance of around 10-12′ and it only turns the light on in dim light or darkness (with mode 2 turned on). I’ve been pleased with the fact that the light doesn’t come on during cloudy days where the light is still relatively bright.They feel light and “cheap” but I have no complaints about their functionality. I’ll buy more of these when I need additional solar powered lighting.

Great little light, works very well
These lights seem to work great, they detect motion well, and illuminate the area well, they come with screws or adhesive pads, both work well, the adhesive works very well on walls and such, so no need to screw into a brick wall, it has one hole to screw on to a post or wood, that works well, it has three settings, but we use the motion based light, so it reserves the battery until needed to illuminate, and the light is bright. I have ordered several orders of these due to their set and forget ability and have really illuminated the borders of our farm, no worries with the solar panel and recharging, how long do they last, that is still unknown, but for now are working great.

These motion lights do not disappoint!
I absolutely love how well these motion lights work. There are three different settings which I love. I use the option where the light is off completely until it senses movement. They are a great price and very easy to install. I installed one at the top of our driveway so that we can see to close and lock the gate. It lit up the area just perfect. The quality and look of the lights are awesome. You really donât even notice them until they come on. I will definitely be buying more for other parts of the yard.

Outdoor but Good Indoors
I use these throughout the house to keep from constantly turning on lights at night. Bathroom, Hallway, and Kitchen. I have them all set on motion sensor. Each morning around 8:00 to 8:30 am I take them out and bring them inside around 4:30 to 5pm. I been running a test to see how long they last without being able to set out on a rainy or cloudy day. So far 4 days. They have three settings and on cloudy days I turn them off in the morning and turn back on ea h night. 4 days without any sun no issues. I love the motion sensor setting. It evens goes off whenever one of my cats walk by. And as you can see in the video they’re very bright. Great product also for emergency use such as power outage if needed. And saves on electric bill. Looking to buy more.

Motion activated but stays on continuously
I have these sitting on my deck banister since I got them, testing them out.I have found that when you put them on âmotion activated â setting, the lights stay on all the time at a lower level of light. When the sensor is activated it gets brighter. As seen in picture one.My problem with them is they donât cut completely off when sensor is not being activated. They just stay at a dimmer light.The reason I got these was to have light only when the sensor activates. We live on a farm, when itâs dark, the stars are magnificent. I donât want constant light pollution.The second picture was after I activated them all.The picture isnât great but the are actually very bright!They get rated 3 stars because they donât completely shut off.Otherwise they are great, bright, and last all night!

A Brilliant Solution For A Dark Problem
I had 3 things I needed to address. I ride my bike for commuting very early in the morning and it is dark.1. I needed to solve the issue of turning on and off my patio light in the dark. I place one of the light on a post on the patio where the sun is able to charge the solar panel. This solved the problem on the patio. It turns on immediately as soon as I open the door.2. I also needed lights along the a very dark walkway. A little precarious when maneuvering the bicycle in the dark. I placed the lights on the fence line. Worked brilliantly!!3. I placed one of the light right in front of the gate that I go in and out off. I love how it triggers the light when a car or people passes by. It is a dark area especially when I need to go in and out of that gate in the dark.One purchase to solve 3 issues with the 6 pack lights.

Good quality lights, they have not as many leds as others but that was reflected in the price. They work well and provide the light I need. I’m not a fan of extremely bright light so I got these in the warm white version rather than cool white. They provide ample light in the garden and the warm white is easier on my eyes in the dark. Happy with these lights.

Work well, nice warm colour and bright enough to light up the drive (got one on each fence panel). The PIR is very sensitive – used black insulation tape on a couple to stop them picking up from the neighbours car.The three modes are easy to set – cover up the solar panel and press the selection to see what it does.
