Perfect Lock For Home!
This smart lock is a great addition to a home. It works great and barely runs into any issues with the lock itself. It has multiple ways to unlock. Either fingerprint, PIN code, with the mobile app, or a traditional key. It is relatively simple to install. Comes with all the instructions and information needed to install including templates in case the door isn’t set up for a dead bolt lock. It does run on 4 AA batteries but they last a long time and also the mobile app keeps you updated on the battery life. The WiFi bridge plugs into any power outlets and doesn’t take up any outlet because it has a pass through for your to use it still. Also works as a smart plug once installed which is great. It locks automatically so no longer need to remember if you left the door unlocked which adds to the peace of mind that this lock can provide. Overall I would rate it 10 out of 10 and compared to others out there, this is a better buy!

Fantastic smart lock
Please note, the version I have did not come with a door handle, it only came with the smart deadbolt.I got this for my new garage door and I love it. Smart locks have come a really long way since the first Phillips lock I installed a decade ago. (Which is still going strong!!)This smart lock has all the bells and whistles on it! I especially like that the wifi adapter is a pass through plug. My old one takes up an outlet for its connectivity. This one leaves the outlet open. So considerate.It also looks very handsome! It’s much thinner than my old Phillips.Overall, I think I might get another to replace my other lock now! These locks just get better and better. And I trust Phillips to make a lock that serves me for years to come.

The version I got was just the lock and keypad, no handle or anything.Had weird powdery stuff on parts of it and smelled weird, no thank you.Too bad bc I was excited for this upgrade.

Smooth lock/unlock mechanism
I chose this Philips smart lock due to name recognition. It took me a while afternoon to install this because I had a metal door and had to drill everything from new. The include stencil was very useful, but I did have some trouble getting the parts to fit just right enough so that the lock doesn’t grind. Once installed, I set up my personal pin and fingerprints — works flawlessly. There are four languages (English, French, Spanish, and muted). I plan to switch to the muted mode once I become more familiar with this lock. I don’t like that it says out loud “locked” or “unlocked” everytime I lock/unlock the door. I did not install the wifi bridge or app because my lock set out of the box appeared to have been used, and I’d rather not connect any home equipment to the web on a used device. The locking mechanism is fantastic, however, runs super smoothly. I’m perfectly content with using it that way.

Nice fancy lock
The version I received did not include the handles so I’m just reviewing the lock.Design wise it looks very modern and “sleek”. The black color is elegant. The smart lock is well built, sturdy and relatively easy to install if you are handy. If not it will be a good idea to hire a handyman.What really makes this item shine is the features. It comes with a little Wifi gateway device so you can control the lock from anywhere with the app. There are 5 (yes FIVE) ways to control the lock: The aforementioned app (from anywhere), Fingerprints, PIN Codes, Keys, or voice commands via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

Easy to install, solid construction
I’ve been using this door lock for around 2 weeks, the installation process was easy as long as you have a traditional deadbolt it’ll be easy to mount. Instructions are clear and the app setup was seamless, the bridge doesn’t have delays it is very normal compared with other smart door locks that I’ve ever tried in the past (Eufy and August). It’s nothing out of the world it gets the job done and I like the app interface, allowing different access routes (Pins, the app, fingerprint, temporary codes, and key) is nice so you’re not locked if for some reason the lock runs out of battery (traditional key).I’ve tried it with Google Home and it seems to be well integrated at least for what I use the lock for I appreciate that auto-lock is there sometimes I just forget to lock and this always saves me.Other than that it’s a safe bet from a great brand if you want to try something from Philips, I do recommend this product.

Solid and Easy-to-Use Smart Lock
This smart lock is a great option, it was easy to install and set up. The fingerprint reader is very responsive, and the auto-lock feature is convenient. So far, battery life seems good. It does not have smart home connectivity, but that’s not a feature I need anyway. Overall, it feels like a secure and reliable lock.

Easy installation!
This is my second attempt at installing a smart lock. This was so easy! I easily able to swap this out with the existing lock. The programming directions were exactly as described. The app worked easy and guided you through everything. The fingerprint sensor worked perfectly and I could program multiple fingerprints. Great lock!
