These chairs arrived almost a week early. 3 boxes per chair. Was a little concerned that both had rails bent where the arms attach but this wasn’t a huge issue. The price was fantastic. Love the heated seat. The elderly and not ambulatory visitor we bought this for enjoyed the massage and it made getting them into a wheelchair much easier. They had someplace comfortable to sit most of the time so we werevery happy. One chair has two bumps under your behind which is noticable if you don’t sit all the way back on the seat. Its a part of the massage cycle I could do without if I could remove it without messing up the chair. Generally it doesn’t interfere with comfort of use but feels odd when you get out of the chair.

The wife loves it! Itâs comfortable, feels solid (no wobbles), looks good in our living room. The foot rest is a little short for me, My feet hang over the edge. Love the massager and the heated seat. The price was reasonable.It was delivered earlier than expected. After a problem with UPS, we were done right.

Purchased for my elderly mother who has a bad heart and edema in her lower extremities. She says itâs very comfortable and easy for her to operate, she canât help but fall asleep while sheâs reclining to help reduce the edema

broke after less than a month
I had the chair set up for less than a month and the remote that controls the heat and massage stopped working. also instead of sending a replacement remote I have to send the entire chair back.

Nice chair
This chair was easy to assemble, looks very nice, and is comfortable. My boss likes the massage action and loves the fact that it is heated. The only downfall is that my boss is a tall man, and the chair is not tall enough to provide any support for his neck and head. We are sending it back but wish we could keep it.

Seat hard, uncomfortable
Bought this for my 86 yr old mother. She weighs roughly 100 lbs. She has been using approximately 2 months but seemed restless. She has dementia so hard to get accurate info. Moved her to another chair and resting peacefully since. Apparently the motors for vibrating action are hard and with no extra padding was putting too much pressure on her bottom. Chair feels fine to me but I have ALOT of extra padding. Would not recommend for thin old people. I am 5â3â and my feet dangled off end of foot rest. Vibrating action is rough and very noisy. Heat turns off after 30 minutes and only heats lower back area. Would not buy again.
