Great value for the money on a great product
Our bedroom did not have a fan. It only had a light and it gets warm. After searching and reading through lots of reviews on various products I decided to go with this product due to its minimalistic design and low cost. It took me about 20 minutes to install this by myself with no experience. Once installed the fan and light was tested. The fan has three speeds all of which are actually quite quiet. It has zero vibrations and works perfectly. We ended up going to the middle speed because the high speed just pushed out so much air that we were actually cold. Great product, great price. We recommend it so much that I purchased three more to install in the other rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great value this fan is for under $100.Installation was easy, I’m no handy-man and took me longer than other reviews mentioned but it was easy and straight forward. I also did not have to use any of the balance weights which was the biggest surprise of the fan. I was expecting some sort of wobble at this price point.Looks pretty good given this is under $100. I ordered the brushed nickel and chose to use the walnut colored side of the blades. The maple seems a little bit odd to me to pair with the brushed nickel.The light is good enough. I might buy a different light bulb than the one that came with it but that is more of a personal preference. I do appreciate that it came with a light bulb.The fan is what you would expect for a 52″ fan. Airflow is adequate and the only slight downside is that it does emit a slight hum from the motor. No big deal for now since it’s Day 1 but I can see how this might get worse as the fan ages.Overall I am highly satisfied given the price point.

Bought this for our master bedroom. Purchased a separate remote control as well. Now that the fan is in place and paired with the remote…WOW!!! It works great with the remote. We chose to use the light side of the fan blades to facedown. It is functional, beautiful, a great size, and did not break the bank.

I goofed when I bought this fan. I could have sworn I ordered a smaller one. This is way too much fan for a 9 by 12 room.When it arrived, I realized it was too big but that I had goofed. I opened the box and decided it looked pretty good, so I decided to install.It’s quiet and doesn’t act up, and was relatively easy for a handyman / non-electrician to install. I just don’t run it at full speed, as it get’s too windy for my liking.

This appears to be a good fan. It is quiet and stable. Did not need any balance weights. It did say to hook it up with power to the fan and light and use the pull chains to control it but I had the wiring there to use two switches so that we can turn the light or the fan on from the wall switch. Still able to control speed with pull chain. Does not have a remote and I did not want one anyway.

I bought this for my kids bedroom and it showed up as expected. Install was straight forward, it came with extra screws and washers which is nice incase one is missing or you drop one.Pros:-Extra hardware.-Didn’t have to add any eight to balance, it’s fine out of the box.-Comes with everything you need to out it up.Cons:-The light color side of the fan blades, that we wanted had a ripple in the faux wood veneer so we had to use the dark side.-it dosent take a regular light bulb, it’s like a mini bulb-the light only takes the one bulb and isn’t the brightest.Over all, can’t complain at the price. I just hope it stays quiet as others said they have gotten loud.
