Great rug for a great price!
My rug came in today and I am so happy!! I needed a large size for this room but I am on a budget so I didnât want to spend tons of money. This rug looks very high quality but still came in under $500 for a 9×12. Itâs been down for a couple hours and there are still a couple wrinkles but Iâm sure they will go away with time. There is also a smell, but that will fade away in a few days as well. I do feel like the rug looks a lighter in person than the pictures in the listing do. I like the light color of the rug, but that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, I love the look of sisal rugs, but I HATE how they feel on bare feet. I decided that I liked how they look enough to get over my sensory issues, but I must say this one is not as scratchy as others Iâve walked on! It certainly isnât soft or anything, but it doesnât give me the heebie jeebies to walk on it barefoot. Overall, I canât say enough about how great this rug is!

Beautiful!
This rug quality and beautiful. I was worried about my desk chair having issues with rolling on it, but itâs fine. I will probably get a desk mat to avoid damaging the rug. Iâm ordering another for my dining room now! Itâs not that prickly either. I am able to walk on it with my bare feet. Definitely still a sisal feel, but softer than expected. Apparently you can place a towel down over the crease and iron out the crease that way, so I will give it about a month and if it doesnât fall out, iron it out.

Such a beautiful rug for the price, comparable to ones selling elsewhere for $400+ dollars. Got the 8×10 size and unpacking/unrolling was a breeze. Did not have any issues with creases/kinks like other reviews have stated. Smelled a little plastic-y right after unwrapping but smell quickly went away. Time weâll tell how easy it is to clean but overall very happy with the quality and design of this under $200 rug!

Great looking rug with some initial annoyances
This rug looks great and high quality. It came with some initial annoyances though â the way it was packaged caused some the backing to stick together and it took 2 people to pull apart. It didnât leave the backing sticky or with residue, so we still felt comfortable putting it on our floors. Second, the way itâs folded made a big crease down the middle. The trick to fixing this is ironing a damp towel on top of the rug on low heat. I was skeptical this would work but it got the rug looking brand new. Lastly, it stank really bad like rubber for 3 days but the smell has gone down immensely. Even with all those complaints I still love the look and quality of the rug.

This is a fantastic looking rug. I have purchased it twice, once for my sonâs apartment and another one for my house. Delivery was right to the door, it came wrapped in heavy plastic and well protected. The rug arrived in great condition. We are using these rugs indoors. They have made a nice addition to our rooms. We ordered the beige and linen boarders. They are both nice and neutral.

We have three Safavieh rugs in our house. All told weâve had at least six over the last five years. Only problem is getting the color right. They wear well and are very attractive. The sizes are slightly, a few inches, smaller than noted in ad.

Rug defective
The trim of this rug turns brown when wet with water. I attempted to clean it with water and a damp rag and it only enlarged the extent of the brown staining. This is due to the dye in the trim and I believe represents a manufacturing defect. I have purchased otherSafavieh rugs and never had this issue before. The edging of the rug also warped when it became wet.I contacted the seller, but they werenât willing to refund or replace the item. I donât recommend the rug.

Takes a Long Time to Flatten
It’s a beautiful area rug that arrived rolled, so I never expected for it take so long to flatten out. I unrolled it 10 days ago, and it still has visible ridges. Despite walking on it and putting weights on it, I cannot get it to flatten out completely. I may try re-rolling it in the opposite direction for a few days to see if that helps. I purchased a second identical rug in a smaller size, and I’m considering whether to return it knowing how long it can take to get these rugs to lie flat. Buyers should also note that this rug is not soft to walk on in bare feet and it stains easily when spills occur.

The rug is perfect, Amazon shipped me 2 of them and I can’t get any help in sending the one back that they sent by mistake. How long am I expected to store this huge rug for Amazon before they come and pick it up. I have better things to keep in my shed, I don’t need to store things for Amazon. This is the only way that I can get amazons attention.
