I am very pleased with this dining set! I didn’t have high hopes because the price was very affordable, but with free returns, there’s really not much risk. What we received is excellent quality and absolutely surpassed my expectations.We did have a bit of a hiccup with the initial shipment, but customer service sorted it out quickly and I received my set well before I was even expecting it and this was throwing the July 4th holiday into the mix. Issues with shipping happen, and while it may be inconvenient, the true test for me and what I take into account when I rate my purchase experience is how the issues are handled and this customer service team handled my issue beautifully.Pros:Very sturdyQuality MaterialEasy to AssembleVibrant ColorGreat Customer ServiceCons:Instructions were somewhat confusing to me, but that may be more of a “Me” thing than an issue with the actual instructions. I absolutely adore my table; this table looks more expensive than it was and is very sturdy. This table I have searched everywhere, and they go for thousands of dollars, this table looks just as good as those tables. I love the way this table looks in my patio and its big enough to sit my family. I added an orange center umbrella to add a touch of color.

This product looks great, appears to be durable, and is an excellent price.One note though, youâre going to want the following tools: drill with a hex drill bit. Using the hex Allen wrench they provided is going to straight up lead to massive frustration. Make sure you use a drill with torque settings so you strip it.

Chairs came fast, table took almost a month
Iâm still inside of the delivery window for the table but the chairs came in 2-3 days. I just put one together. Start to finish the chair took me 30 minutes to put together using the instructions from unboxing to sitting in the chair. It wasnât difficult to put together, they do provide the âtoolsâ needed to assemble but I have my own tools and it definitely helped cut time down. If you have some tools Iâd suggest either an electric ratchet or a drill with a 4mm Allen bit (or cut the angle off the one they give you to stick into the chuck on your drill) and a 10mm open end wrench or socket. Those are the only 2 tools I used, other than a box cutter to cut the tape.At first impression I like the color of the gray chair. Itâs not too dark at all. As far as people complaining about the seating position I donât have that complain, the chair is relatively comfortable for myself (5â-8â 250lbs). If I could complain about anything it would be that it would be nicer if the chairs were a little wider. As a bigger person you may feel cramped as you may not be able to spread you legs too wide. To combat this you could get a pillow to build up your back area to bring you out of the seat more and allow for more thigh width.Granted I put this together on a relatively chilly day in March so once the summer hits we will see if itâs any better.I love the material itâs made out of, should be easy to clean with a hose or pressure washer.4/17/24 update:I wasnât sure if I was going to get the table as it did not show up during the original shipping time frame. I was in contact with customer service multiple times and it did seem like I was getting a bit of a run around. I finally got the table, maybe took just under a month to get.The table took me about 20 mins to assemble as you just have to put the legs on it. So itâs a total of 12 bolts/screws. The table seems sturdy and I noticed someone asked if you can fit the chairs all the way under the table. They do go under the table, however, the 2 end chairs will not because of the cross bar on the legs and if you are using an umbrella with a base, the chairs will not full go under the table as it will hit the base.The table is not the exact same color gray as the chairs, I donât know if that has to do with the the fact that the material may have been from two different batches or what but the table is about a shade or 2 lighter than the chairs. But not a deal breaker.

I love the material and look of this set! The table was super easy to assemble. The chairs were easy to assemble but with all the screws did take me 45 min a chair to put together. The material is strong and will hold up and was just was I was wanting. The table did come the day after the chairs. Also, the box was full of spiders that came crawling out when I opened itðð·ï¸. Good thing I was outside! Make sure to open it outside just in case. I like the table so much Iâll order another one.
