Attractive, sturdy and functional shoe rack
I am very happy with the purchase. It looks better than the one in the picture. The wood looked a little reddish in the picture but it is darker brown which I like and goes better with my decor at the entrance. The pre-drilled holes were all aligned and it was easy to assemble. After you assemble it, you can adjust the pieces at the bottom so that it wonât wobble. The storage space on the top is a bonus. It opens and closes nicely. The depth of the seat may not be deep enough for some big people to sit for a long period of time. However, this is not a couch. The cushion is comfortable enough to sit down and tie your shoes.Some complained that the holes for the shelf were in the wrong place (see one of the video reviews shown on the top of this page). You can easily see that he didnât assemble it correctly. The boot space should be on the right. He placed it on the left. Thatâs why he didnât get the holes on the right side. If you follow the instructions and assemble it correctly, you shouldnât have any issues. I would highly recommend it.

Sturdy, attractive bench with additional top storage
Overall I found this bench easy enough to assemble when following the directions, though you’ll want to double check yourself to ensure you have the top pieces in the correct place to start. I also found it easier to assemble the hinges using an electric screwdriver, going slow and steady than to do so by hand, while the rest of the parts managed easily with the provided allen wrench.The storage space on top holds more than I was expecting, as far as caps, hats, gloves, and scarves. I’d say we comfortably fit about six pairs of shoes on the two level section of the bench, and fit a pair of shoes stacked next to boots in the larger section. If you stack your shoes for storage, you can fit a great number more, but for our purposes this was meant as a functional shoe bench at the entrance rather than a shoe rack in the rooms.The cats enjoy lounging across the top, and we have a sheepskin throw over it for their use, but the bench itself looks nice as it is with a darker washed look to the panels and a black stitched top. So far it’s been sturdy when sat on (so far not breaking past 200lbs at a time), and doesn’t feel flimsy at all.Overall I recommend this bench if you like the look of it and the price point, it’s sturdy, has decent storage, and looks nice when assembled, easy enough to ensure its level by adjusting the plastic bits at each of the legs as needed.

Good product, but an issue with delivery was frustrating
Was looking for something to organize my shoes that would also fit in my reasonably small entryway and this seemed like a good choice for the price. I ordered two of them and had them both assembled in about 45 minutes with no problems. They look good and feel sturdy enough. Only issue with the product is it definitely seems more for women’s boots and smaller sizes – I wear a men’s size 12 and my Keen work boots won’t fit in the larger space on the right side designed for boots – the only thing I could do was remove the adjustable shelf completely and store them in the middle. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning if you’re looking at this and have a larger shoe size.The only frustrating part about this whole thing was that I ordered two of these units and FedEx only delivered one. The driver told me at the time it was likely just on a separate truck but when I checked my Amazon order it was noted as fully delivered. When I looked at the FedEx tracking it only showed one box. Contacted the seller and explained my issue and what followed was about two weeks of waiting and several back and forth messages until they finally agreed to send me the second one. Maybe it was FedEx error, maybe it was a breakdown of communication between the seller and FedEx, who knows. I realize some things are out of the sellers control, they were very polite and I do appreciate them finally making it right, but it still took 14 days from when I first contacted the seller to when I finally received what I had paid for almost three weeks earlier. Disappointing

Very convenient, not intrusive
We have little kids and just sitting them down and putting things in the hinged seat so they don’t get a hold of them is so convenient. It’s not too big either so it’s not in the way and holds all kinds of shoes. Highly recommend the quality and good directions.

Great look and quality for the price.
I love the look of this bench! Bought it as extra storage for the gym room at my work. Now people have a spot to rest, change their shoes, plug in phones, and for me to store extra cleaning supplies and tuck away things like our yoga ball pumps and spare equipment parts.Honestly it’s kind of small but it doesn’t really feel flimsy so that’s the important part. Just take measurements of your space beforehand and maybe stack a few boxes to the size this product specifies so you can see it in your space first before buying. I might have instead purchased something larger had I done this, but I think it’s actually good for our space.Really nice wood laminate look and the faux leather seat on top looks really nice too, and is easy to wipe clean. Especially for a gym where it needs to be disinfected.

Be aware of size
Smaller than I expected, can only fit 2 shoes per shelf. Itâs sturdy, looks great, and was pretty easy to assemble. Would recommend.
