Better than I was expecting at this price point.
I’ve had ashley furniture in the past and have never had a problem which is why I picked a couch from them and can’t say I’m disappointed.This model is very sturdy and well made. The fabric is tough and designed to last, I can tell that already.The seat cushions are a bit stiffer than I’m used to but still very comfortable and with enough give to let you sink in a bit and they feel very supportive. I’m sure they’ll break in more and loosen up a bit over time. Something I’ve never seen before is the material on the bottom of the seat cushions is a different color and texture and is tougher and more grippy kind of like the material over the couch springs and combined they do a great job holding the cushions in place and so does the design where the pillowed back also presses down somewhat on the back 3 or 4 inches of the seat cushions.Another plus ive noticed with most of Ashley’s couches vs the “assemble yourself” varieties is they have the classic high back. When looking at the distance from top of seat to top of back they have enough distance to easily reach roughly to your shoulders. As for this specific model, I’m 5′ 10″ and when I lean back into the somewhat angled pillows at the sides, the back cradles and supports my neck. Not quite so much if sitting more in the center but even then the back still rises past the center of my shoulder blades though not as high as the neck.I wasnt sure how id like it when looking at the photos but I do like this pillow style back. I liked the standard plush padded back of my old couch too but this style seems to make contact up my back further and with more cloudy supportiveness despite being the same 39 inch back height.This particular model is long enough that I can fully lay between the arms.There was a tiny nick out of the fabric covering the “ring” over the top of the arm from the movers trying to jam it through the door instead of finding a better angle, which they eventually did. It was easily fixed by putting a tiny little smear of super glue on the “ring” and then tapping the fabric back over it. I really didn’t feel like the hassle of having the movers come back at some scheduled point in time to swap it out over such a tiny tear. It’s no longer noticeable in texture or appearance at all, so all is good.I like how cheap it was too, as my cat will probably have it shredded in 2-3 years so replacing it won’t be a huge loss or expense. This seems like it COULD be priced higher than this, and at my local ashley outlet, it does run about a hundred dollars more and unlike 20 for room of choice delivery here on Amazon, they want upwards of 180 dollars because they bundle “room of choice” with “set up and assembly” which isnt really needed for a prebuilt couch but they don’t have “room of choice” as a standalone. Amazon has its issues but at least they aren’t bundling unecessary services that won’t even be performed in order to pad their charges. Hopefully in three years they’ll still be carrying ashley furniture. Ill definitely buy this again or a whatever similar model ashley has then.Only thing I thought was bizarrely cheaped out on was that they didn’t feel the need to take alllllll the 30 seconds it would have taken to at least drill some starter holes for the leg screws, or to just use legs that screw in instead of giving long ass wood screws to basically clamp plastic legs to the base and a paper template to line up with the edges for positioning, but given the quality of this couch coupled with this price range, that is not a huge deal.

Love our new couch!
This is a great couch for the price. It’s nice and comfy and although I may add some Velcro to the underside of the cushions so they don’t slip as much, it’s really nice quality. The only reason that they’re slipping at all is because I have toddlers. Normal people won’t have a problem with them slipping. Also, I just got this in the house so the picture shows it without the feet on it. My husband is going to put the feet on tomorrow. The feet around and plastic. Overall, this arrived packaged well and undamaged. The size and height are what I was expecting and it’s nice and sturdy. The color is accurate as to what I saw in the listing as well. Super happy with us and hopefully it lasts us many years.

Great sofa
This sofa was a great deal compared to buying the same one from the Ashley outlet. Overall i saved $210 as a Prime member.The sofa looks great, is comfortable and meets the approval if my dog.My only issue is the seat height. I’m 65 and a bit overweight so getting up isn’t as effortless as I’d like. To remedy this I’ve ordered a set of 6″ wood replacement legs that I found on Amazon.I would still recomend this sofa to anyone.Update: 2 months and the lower frame in the back where the legs attach is collapsing. Framing is very minimal, thin plywood and overall, a flimsy build. Right now i have a stack of books supporting that corner of the couch.

Love the couch! Original couch was damaged and Amazon did a great job in replacing and picking up damaged one. Couch is comfortable, nice color and goes nicely in our decor.

I love this sofa!! Comfortable and the fabric is so soft and cozy. Substantial feel! Perfect also for tall people. I am short so it doesn’t matter but multiple taller people have told me that it’s hard to find a sofa with a tall back. Get it, you’ll love it!

Not “DARK GREY”
DEFINITELY NOT DARK GRAY!! DEFINITELY NOT “AS PICTURED” Pretty solid piece though. I did purchase solid wood legs instead of using the plastic ones that come with the couch. It was delivered 1/2 boxed, wrapped in plastic that was ripped. True in size, all dimensions. Firm, comfortable cushioning. Color is NOT AS DESCRIBED, more of a blue gray,

I am extremely disappointed that the sofa came damaged. I ordered it on sale but was not aware it would be damaged. I can cover it with a couch cover, I will have to pay for. The middle support in the back is broken and multiple holes in it. Aside from the damages it is a nice sofa and seems comfortable.
