Quality and Organization
Love this! I wanted something versatile with the trays and storage, this fits the bill! Easy to assemble, love the color, good quality and easy to clean. We use it as storage, a foot rest and coffee table. I got sliders for under the feet so it can be easily moved around on the rug. Pay attention to measurements it is smaller than some but thatâs what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Kick your feet up and get this ottoman
I replaced my typical wooden coffee table for this sleek ottoman because I was looking for a space saver and something multi functional. You can flip all three over and lay your feet on it or mix and match to be more decorative. They trays are secure and heavy. It doesn’t seem flimsy at all and is perfect if you also want to put it on your lap. I also cut a vinyl placemat (got idea from another reviewer) to fit in the tray to add more cohesiveness with the rest of the living room and protect cold glasses from dripping onto the wood tray. It’s great having the hidden storage so the house doesn’t look cluttered. What I love most about this ottoman is how soft it is. We plan on having children soon and this would be perfect for a growing child to have and not hurt themselves with. We have vinyl floor planks and the ottoman did slide around quite a bit. We had to buy rubber adhesives to prevent it from moving. The price is unbeatable. I’m happy with the purchase and now our sectional can be enjoyed with feet up even in the middle seat. We got the dark brown faux leather because we have a cat and dog. I figure it would be easier to clean than the fabric.

I had one of these as a small foot stool and was looking for a larger one. This is just what I was looking for to use in our living room Large storage area under the three cushion trays. I like the convenience of being able to flip the cushion tops to use as trays or foot rests. I keep the middle flipped as a tray and the ends as foot rests usually. I store throw blankets to one end and my coloring supplies on the other. Plenty of room. It would also work to stash the kids toys in but still have a grown up look. I am thinking of getting another for our front room. Good quality for the price. It does have a strong odor when you first get it. I would advise letting it air out if strong odors bother you.

The material wears over time
We have had this piece for 6 years. I am looking to replace it as you can see the material has not lasted, (also it doesnt really match the couch), so I looked back at my old orders to see what I paid. This piece is now twice as much as we spent back in 2016 and I would not buy it for the new price. Our dog sits on the ottoman and has warn out the material. Putting our feet on it also wears it out. If you are planning on this piece being in a room that gets minimal use, it should hold up. It remains sturdy to this day and has been fantastic for storage! Dog hair does manage to get between the pieces. We have run a doggie daycare out of our home and you can see our much older couch has held up nicely to all the paws.

The Avalon is a superb buy for a classic, narrow-profile storage, table and bench–a sturdy, all-in-one solution. This fits brilliantly in adding additional seating to our oddly shaped living room, doubles as a coffee table without the appearance of adding another one to our living space (we already have one). It works as a foot rest, and as a storage container for our winter throws. I wish I had found it in my apartment years, but it’s better late than never.Some of the more worrying parts of this buy were whether or not it would arrive in pieces requiring assembly, if it could really hold weight or if it would survive the shipment. Thankfully, the storage ottoman arrived very securely packaged, and in 4 pieces (plus legs). The largest piece is the entire ottoman and the other three were the flip top trays. It was a bit tough to get out of the packaging but a cinch to assemble solo. There were no offensive odors or defects. It held the weight of two adults easily (340lbs total) when you sat on it but we’re erring on the side of caution and not testing 500lbs+ weights on it.The only thing is that I felt absolutely horrible ordering this off of Amazon as a single UPS driver had to carry this up our steps. It feels unusually cruel to mail such a large item but I am grateful for the front-door delivery!Update: I have gone on to immediately recommend this piece to others!

Three cushion Ottoman
My wife wanted this ottoman to place under the window in her home office for our 2 yorkies to lay on and watch outside. All three seats in this ottoman turn over and have a built in tray for use as a table or any other similar function. There is ample storage inside the fully fabric lined interior. I said in a previous post on other ottomans that we had four but it turns out we have actually purchased a total of 5. They are all the same sort of construction and material. All have ample interior storage that is fully covered with a fabric. There is some padding under the storage side fabric in some places. The outside is well padded and covered with some sort of vinyl that has a leather like look. Overall, I would not consider any of the 5 units I have purchased to be capable of withstanding rough treatment or unreasonable weight placed upon them. With reasonable care, this ottoman should last as long as any other piece of padded furniture. I paid the full price on all 5 of these items and write this review because it is a great product.

Good quality, odd size
The quality of them item was all there. The color was nice, the texture was smooth and not sticky or plastic and the construction seemed to be on point. I returned mine because the size didn’t work. It was too low to comfortably put your feet up on it. Too wide for a chair but too short for a sofa/couch table. Might be great for a bench in an entryway, you could store off season accessories in it and sit on it to put your shoes/boots on but that’s the only purpose I could find for it.

I bought this a couple of months ago for my living room. Good amount of storage, and looks very good in my living room.I have been using the ottoman mostly for extra seating when I have guests, and seldom used the tray. For someone keeping this furniture in the middle of leaving room or near sofa, the ottoman makes sense. I would probably replace with regular ottoman in future.Seats two adults comfortably; three is a stretch for average North American size.

Shipping was very fast and flawless. I like this ottoman a lot, I just wish it was a little longer and a little wider. No scuffs or marks at all, legs screwed in easily, the faux leather looks nice and is very smooth. Colour is a nice rich dark brown. All in all it meets my needs.
