Sleek and it doesn’t bother the dogs!
Great product that was a lot of options. The biggest seller for me was the low-mid frequency of the beeps which keeps my dogs happy. We went through several keyless door pads that would make our dogs anxious and scared because of the loud beeping sounds that you couldn’t turn the volume down and the high frequency that is torture to your dog’s ears. Easy install and so many features for opening and locking with various things (passcode, key card, fingerprint, phone). If you have dogs, this is the key pad for you!!

installed pretty easy, had a locksmith do it. i had some issues with the downloaded app but the 800 # helped and resolved issue. works fine but no gateway for internet or open by phone.

Customer Service is Horrible (so far). But it got better. Great product.
Lock is great! Not hard to install. Lock features work great. Problem is if you want to use the Gateway G2/Alexa apps, forget it. Very, very hard to figure out on your own. Have worked a lot of time and still don’t have it. I also settled on this lock in particular because of the high review ratings for Customer Service. So far my report is that there is no Customer Service. I di receive a home made video that is impossible to see or follow. If anything changes, I will report/upgrade stars if warranted.Upgraded stars. Again, the lock is great. Customer service tried hard to help me. Part of the problem is that Customer service is in China. Time difference a problem but Helen actually called me at 2:00am (their time). That is very commendable. Gateway and Alexa DO work. Keep VERY good notes on your User name, passwords, etc. Ask Helen/Smonet to send you same instruction she sent to me. I would definitely buy again!!!

Purchased this item on Prime day. Was not sure what to expect, but this thing is awesome. So many ways to control it and they all work flawlessly.Planning to purchase another for our garage door.

Great Smart Lock-Even Better Customer Service
Nice Looking. Easy installation. Definitely take the time to read the instructions first. Setup with the phone Apps is pretty easy too, but I did need a little help getting all the settings finalized, so I contacted Customer Service. Elaine from Smonet Lock Customer Service actually called me to walk me through the steps that I needed and also sent them to me as well. EXCELLENT customer Service. Also, you should consider buying The Gateway which also interfaces with the Smonet Smart Lock for complete control from a Remote Standpoint.
