Why I cannot unlock the door smoothly?
For doors thinner than 1 3/4″, installing the overly long spindle will cause the back panel to not fit onto the mouting plate and get the thumb turn stuck on the spindle. Please align with the spindle’s cutting marks and trim 1-2 sections as needed.
Why I cannot add the lock to APP?
The lock requires an admin password to pair with the Tuya app. Thus if you haven’t set up the device or have reset the lock, you must add the password first. Also, if you have reset the lock, please delete the lock from the app and pair them again.
Can it be unlocked remotely via the APP?
You can unlock it via APP within the bluetooth range. If you are not home and have to give someone access but don’t want give out the password, you can create a one-time passcode and give it instead.
Does it support Wifi connection or Voice Assistant?
The smart lock connects via Bluetooth to a smartphone app for remote access and management. It does not support Wifi and voice assistants currently.

Convenient AND elegant
The lock was packaged well and the instructions included were easy to understand. I had not swapped out a smart deadbolt before, but removal of old and installing new was easy because the instructions were clear and concise. The outside handle is elongated and has a luxurious look to it. It has a solid build, and itâs sleek and clean. It was simple to add to the app. Itâs been nice having access with just fingerprints and codes. When my hands are full, Iâm able to enter my home quickly without fumbling for my keys. Itâs also very convenient for when we have out of town guests. You can give people temporary codes for entry but keep your personal code private. Since my yard and front door are the first impression people get of my home, I am very pleased with this unique look.

Pleasantly surprised!
I had been looking for a keyless entry door knob and was shocked at the prices because the big name brands ($200-$300). Well I saw this one while shopping and thought why not. Itâs Amazon and I could always send it back. Well it exceeds my expectations for the price!It took Amazon longer than promised to deliver but no surprise seeing the time of year. Anyway. When I opened it package, right off the bat I was impressed with the packaging. It was a little intimidating at first glance (.see photo). But once I dove in it was really simple to install and I did it in less than an hour. i really appreciated it actually came with a real manual with good directions for install⦠not just some folded up piece of paper. I was replacing the same type of handle and lock so I didnât have to drill any holes. Piece of cake (see photos of finished lookâ¦my door obviously needs painting).It functions as expected. Simple to program and the finger print reader is awesome. I tested it with a friend and sure enough he couldnât access since his finger print wasnât added. I have just started to explore the app but from first glance it is very well put together and logs when the door is accessed by whoever.Only downside. I was a bit surprised that the interior screws in the handle and the lowest screw on the curved handle are silver (screw color). With a little paint or nail I polish I will make them Blake. Not a big deal but could be the only improvement in my mind.Overall, for now Iâm giving it 5 stars. Iâve only been using it a couple days but so far flawless. Iâll write another review if I find any problems but for now I highly recommend the product.
