AMAZING!!!!
I’m impressed with my new front door lock. It was very easy to install and makes my home look good! High quality feel and very sturdy, truly impressed. The instructions and setup was very simple and I love the Fingerprint option to unlock my door. Everything works smoothly even the lock is strong itself. I didn’t need to use the reinforcement and now I’m thinking king I want to purchase more for my office and my husbands office since we work from home and with sensative information. I hope it lasts for a very long time with the batteries but time will tell. I highly recommend purchasing if you want to get in your home quickly and not struggle to find keys with bags in your hands! Another great thing is the one time code for our dog sitter! Such a life saver instead of leaving the garage remote hidden outside. I’m glad that there is a silent feature to turn off the beeping noise as well as still being able to open your door with privacy pushing random buttons then your code. My husband is not a techy person, but loves this lock already. I cannot say enough about this product but just BUY IT. Highly recommend and please ignore the bad reviews ! !!

After using so many electronic door locks when renting AirBnBs, I decided I really wanted one for my own house. It’s so much more convenient than using a key. There are so many inexpensive options out there that it was hard to decide, but I really liked the biometrics feature that this one had, so I decided to go with it. I bought the set, since I wanted both the deadbolt and the door knob to match. Both were easy installs. I did have to dig out some wood inside the door for the know to fit flush, but didn’t need to for the deadbolt. The lock is super easy to program, with an easy to read sheet for programming the lock to do different things. One option that I have changed several times is the setting for how long I want it to wait before relocating.As a previous post stated, it’s important to know before scanning fingerprints into the program, the only way to delete a fingerprint is to have that person rescan their finger in the delete mode, so it’s a good idea not to share that option with just anyone, because they will always be able to access the door! I have programmed number codes into it for some users, and it works great. For myself, I have only really used the biometrics and it hasn’t failed yet. I am buying another of these deadbolt locks for my backdoor. I’m not going to buy the set with the knob though, because it was very simple, very lightweight aluminum, and nothing special.But as another user posted, concerned about using it with a storm door, I also have a storm door, and both the lock and the knob cleared the glass and do not interfere with the door shutting. Great lock, but a few issues
I like this lock a lot and would recommend it to others. However, there are a few issues worth noting.One of my main reasons for getting this particular lock was the fingerprint reader, but both of the issues I’m having are related to that. In order to program the fingerprint reader, you need to scan your fingerprint 8 times. That was fine. But in order to delete a fingerprint, you need to be able to scan it once. Here’s the issue: if I want to delete someone’s fingerprint from the reader, I may not be able to scan their fingerprint (think breakups, divorces, etc.). Without the person available to scan their finger, you can’t delete the fingerprint and prevent them from having access to your home.The second issue is that the fingerprint scanner has not worked for me in the rain. I’m not sure if it’s because the reader gets wet or because my finger was wet, but I haven’t been able to use my fingerprint to open the door in a storm and instead had to use a number code.Overall, it’s a good lock. Installation seemed easy enough. My boyfriend was able to take out the old lock and install this one in about 30 minutes. I’m not sure it was worth paying more for the fingerprint capabilities though. I only gave fingerprint access to myself, and everyone else (bf, kids) has a number code. Those work perfectly well and are easy to program and delete. If I had it to do over again, I’d probably just get the lock with the number codes and keys, and not pay more for the fingerprint feature.

Should have bought sooner.
I never realized what a hassle unlocking a door with a key was until I purchased this lock. Installation is simple, programming easy and the fingerprint reader works well. The only slight downside I noted was that the lock is not great at informing you when the batteryâs get low.

Wonderful replacement to keys
I purchased this to put on my dads house. He isn’t able to drive anymore so he was constantly forgetting to grab his house key when going out. So he was trying to climb in a window, he’s 85, and having falls. We also would hide keys and he would find them and not put them back where he found them. So I ordered this lock, holds 20 finger prints so each one of his 8 children can get into the house if we need to. Now he doesn’t have to worry, walks up to the door, puts his finger print on the pad and the door unlocks. Was so easy to install and it really looks nice. Considering another for the front door too.

Easy set up, quality basic not long lasting. Fingerprint doesn’t work every time it scans and I just installed it. Since my older door knob broke I have to keep it but definitely not worth the money I paid. It’s unfortunate because I really was hoping it would be good quality.
